Very comfortable!

Our stay was lovely! Very comfortable and clean, and the room was very modern and fresh. Great amenities and comfortable bed. The hosts were lovely and the recommendations they gave us for restaurants and bars were all great. Do follow them since they were super each time! The coffee in the room was really good and there was even some snacks free of charge. A pleasant surprise. The shared bathroom was only shared between two rooms, and we almost never saw our neighbors. Since the bathroom is so close to the room it almost felt private. I would definitely recommend staying at CasapiuRooms!

Bijzonder prettig verblijft

Super aardige hosts, die veel info geven en vol enthousiasme zijn. Goede locatie, leuk ingericht. Op Hotels.com staat dat je er kan parkeren. Dat is niet zo! Hosts zijn wel behulpzaam waar je dan wel kan parkeren.

My husband and I stayed at the CasapiuRooms for 3 nights in an ensuite double room. We were originally booked in May, but had to cancel due to Covid. We were given a voucher to rebook our stay. The property is ideally suited 8 mins walk from train and bus station and less than 10 mins from centre of Verona. Where you'll pass loads of busy bars. The property is situated in an excellent secure and quiet location. When we arrived , just before our check-in time we were greeted by our 2 hosts. You could not ask for a more wonderful reception from them both. Whilst we were checking in we were given a map of the city and liads of suggestions of places to eat and drink and how to get to them and the top attractions. They suggested where to eat if you liked pizza, risotto and fish. We went to 3 of their suggestions and the food was wonderful. The room we stayed in was clean and big enough for the 2 of us, with a lovely sunny terrace. We could not ask for more. The property has a little fridge where you can store drinks. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Verona and apart from the city itself, my highlight was the 2 exceptional hosts. You could not ask for more.

We booked the "Double Room, Ensuite" for one night in Verona and we also asked the hosts to reserve a garage for us. The room was very clean and the location of the property is very good, as you are in a 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. The two hosts very friendly and they gave us precious information about Verona and the other Italian cities which we wanted to visit. The price-value proportion of the property is excellent and we definitely recommend you to book a room at CasapiuRooms.

Great Service and Perfect Room. Volveremos

Extraordinary service from Marco and Moreno. They help us from the parking, food, sights and with our tickets to the Arena di Verona. The room was perfect, my wife really liked the bath room soap. The internet was also good. When we were living to Venice they also gave us tips to go there.

Super séjour

Propriétaires très sympathique, beaucoup de conseils sur les lieux à visiter mais aussi pour les bars et restaurants. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipés. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Muy recomendable

Apartamento en buen estado, habitación y hall con decoración moderna y fashion, muy buen trato por parte de los dueños, esmero en dar pautas sobre qué ver y dónde comer, el baño no es muy moderno pero en perfecto estado, todo muy limpio.

The staff Marco was really friendly & helpful with our late check in. The room is spacious with adjacent bathroom but the main sliding door to both room & bathroom cannot be locked hence some privacy issue when going to the bathroom from the bedroom.

Execelle nice accommodation in very good location!

Execellent accommodation, in very good location, walking distance from the train staition and very close to the historical center of Verona! The appartment is very clean and very easy to check in. The staff is excellent and very polity!! We enjoy very much our stay!

Super Unterkunft und Lage! Sehr guter Service!

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral. Man kam schnell zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt. Es wurden jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Die Vermieter haben viele Tipps zu Verona gegeben!

공용욕실은 좀 불편하나 위치가 좋고 주변 정보를 잘 설명해줌. 네스프레소가 방에 있어 커피 마시긴 좋으나 물통에 석회질이 끼어있는지 깨끗하지 않았다. 그래도 다시 숙박할 의사가 있다

Nice room with biscuits and towel provided

Cozy bed, nice furniture, old bathtub. BUT can hear any voice outside the room very clearly especially water flushing from WC and when main door of the apartment was opened and closed every time. Staff was friendly all u have to do is check in before their required time.
