Total disaster not as advertised.we were so disappointed,the place needs a total rehab,it's old and worn.we left after seeing the room ,we did not stay .I lost a lot of money on that place.

All was great. The room was very cute and had erything we needed. And if you need more stuff just ask the owner. She has everything. More pots and pans, utensils,sunscreen,more coffee, towels,even a cooler! The courtyard is amazing,it also has a grill guests are free to use. We also got beach toys and a beach bag. 5mins walk to the beach, quiet and pretty. Thank you!

Love, love, love the Sea Spray Inn! Definitely home away from!!! Had beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, etc. You name it, they had it! So quaint and just a hop, skip & a jump away from the beach! Just left and already booked for next spring break! Meg is so nice, kind and helpful! Thanks for a great vay-cay!!!

At 1st glance the room didn’t look very promising: outdated, limited electrical outlets and very tiny bathroom. However it was clean and only 1 block from the beach. The unexpected plus was the small outdoor courtyard area we enjoyed hanging out in every night. I will definitely consider staying again when we are back in the area

We loved our stay, but the true highlight is Meg and the staff. We had a late arrival due to an emergency and Meg put at at ease right away with her kindness and thoughtfulness of making our check in seamless. Throughout our stay, Meg felt more like an old friend. We felt welcomed and appreciated the personal connection and local recommendations. The rooms are old and could use a little more freshening up to make the room feel more clean, but the linens were clean and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked. For me, part of the appeal was the experience of what felt like a step back in time in a quiet part of town. Parking was easy and during a slower tourism time even the large beach lot was available and felt safe. The walk out to the beach was less than five minutes from the office with my stopwatch. Major bonus that I didn't have to take an elevator with a ton of strangers and haul my stuff through a crowded lobby. We will certainly stay again if we ever find ourselves in the area.

La Cuisine est équipée. Vous avez accès à des chaises parasol pour la plage. Belle piscine proche d’une bonne pizzeria. Très beau emplacement et plage super proche on entend les vagues la nuit sur la terrasse. Les matelas un peu trop mou.

Broken microwave that was never fixed or replaced during our 3 night visit marred our stay. It’s a 2 star property with a fantastic location across the street from the beautiful South Beach Park.
Tiny bathroom with two thin bath towels.
King bed has a soft mattress if you like that.
South Beach. Great for morning walks.

Where do I start? First off-If you read all the reviews. Meg is AMAZING. The best inn-owner ever. She is there from 10a-7p 7 days a week. She will get you whatever you need. She works so hard to make sure your stay is whatever you want it to be. The rooms are cute. You need to look past the bathroom situation. I can only speak for my room. It definitely needed an update. But everything about the room was great. Location was ideal. 2 min walk to the beach. Do no miss the sunrise. Unforgettable. I will be a forever guest!

This was the CUTEST little property!! Retro and adorable. Very clean. Lots of amenities. Meg was wonderful and so helpful. The office has a laundry area and beach chairs and everything you could need. The beach was a block away and had bathrooms at the entrance. We will definitely be back!

Cool place in a great location to walk to the beach. There are a handful of restaurants in walking distance too, but a few require reservations. It may have been my particular experience, but I was on a work trip and not at the property between the office hours of 10am-6pm, and it’s pretty difficult to talk to any staff for support outside of those hours. I tried reaching out on Expedia, on their website, and calling the phone number (which never went to a voicemail, just rang and rang). Also, I’m a dark sleeper, and while the rooms do have blinds, there are no curtains, so the lights from outside come, but that may not bother everyone. If I would’ve thought to brought my sleeping mask, it wouldn’t have been an issue. Lastly, it could’ve just been my room, but the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. I washed my teeth in the kitchen sink because I didn’t want to see the residue left from slow draining.

The lady on reception was incredibly helpful, we were offered free use of washing facilities and use of items for the beach. The room was great, and the outside seating area a great place to sit in the sun. The proximity to the beach was also excellent, I would highly recommend this place
