Large master bedroom with King Bed and wall mounted flat screen TV and updated bathroom with two sinks and vanities. Living room with sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, central air and heat throughout. Laundry machines in unit, free WiFi, flatscreen TV in master and living room. Sliding doors open out to golf course with a beautiful pond view.

Unit available for monthly rentals November through April. Weekly rentals May through October.

Gated community with luxury condos nestled amongst the beach with many activities. Tiki Bar and restaurant on premises. Lots of things to do including golf, tennis , pickle ball and much more. 3 pools , 2 hot tubs , saunas and fitness center and so much more. Private access to the beach within walking distance. Walking distance to Ocean Village restaurants, pools and facilities. Great location close to local restaurants and activities.
