IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This historic home, directly facing the square of Vernazza and its harbor, is currently undergoing renovation to enhance its comfort and uniqueness. It will be ready to welcome guests in February 2025. Significant improvements include air conditioning in all rooms, a second bathroom featuring a shower/Hammam with chromotherapy and music via Bluetooth from your mobile device, a new kitchen with custom-designed furnishings, and an ice machine, as well as two additional sleeping arrangements (total capacity: 6 people).

This spectacular house, located in the heart of Vernazza, within its characteristic square, conveys a vibrant atmosphere to its guests. Well-furnished with antique pieces collected from around the world by its owner, who hails from Vernazza.

It can comfortably accommodate six people in two bedrooms and the living room: a master bedroom overlooking the living area, carefully and completely separated by curtains, and a second room with two customized single beds, plus a comfortable sofa that can be converted into two single beds for couples. A crib for children aged 0 to 3 years is also available.

Just seconds away from the home, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant life of this village, enjoying aperitifs, swimming, sunbathing, walks, guided tours, and outdoor dining. The house is equipped with all the amenities to ensure you feel at home.

It is the ideal starting point for exploring the Cinque Terre, the Ligurian Riviera (Portofino, Portovenere, San Fruttuoso di Camogli, Rapallo, Santa Margherita, etc.), and the most beautiful art cities in Italy (Pisa, Florence, Siena, Genoa, etc.). This 70 square meter house is organized across multiple levels, which provides a sense of hierarchy to the rooms and enhances the perception of space.

If you are seeking a special and unique place to spend your vacation and relax with comfortable Hammam seating, perhaps while listening to your favorite music, 'La Piazzetta' is the perfect spot for you.

A beautiful place above the piazza in Vernazza. At night, with the windows open, we listened to the ocean. The location is perfect. The host was a great communicator. Highly recommend staying here if you are going to Cinque Terre.

If heaven has a VRBO, it must be this one! Unique is an excellent way to describe this perfect place from the location right on the piazza looking out on the action to the amazing interior decorating and spacious layout. I was expecting great but it way exceeded our expectations. If you visit Vernazza, it is the place to stay. Our host, Stefania did great with communication and is very welcoming. Thank you for such a magical time.

Beautiful apartment in the amazing town of Vernazza. The location was right off the square and was ideal for shopping, hiking the trails or enjoying the beach. The flat was beautifully decorated with sea views. Only thing to note, the washing machine was not in the flat, but was a laundry mat at the top of the hill. Highly recommend staying here if you want to truly enjoy all Vernazza has to offer.

The location of this property is fabulous. Right on the square in Vernazza. Stefania is a great communicator and addressed our questions/issues immediately. If you haven’t visited this part of Italy be prepared to do a lot of uphill walking and stairs. Stafania’s place has 20 steep stairs to navigate from the plaza as well as a few steps in the apartment. My travel partner was disappointed in the twin bed in the very small room as the mattress is very hard. Overall our stat was comfortable with basic amenities.

The perfect place to stay for a visit to Cinque Terre! Vernazza is a gem, and we were able to walk out the front door and swim off the beach and from the pier. Delicious restaurant within minutes of the front door. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained - so quaint and comfortable. With three air conditioners (one in each bedroom and one in the main living area)! We had a restful, magical, and very comfortable stay! Thank you Stefania!

Perfect view-Artsy Comfy Apt

Lovely view into the courtyard/Marina. Beautifully styled apartment. It was a lovely place to hide out and watch tv because it poured for most of our nights. Tv has streaming (Netflix, Apple TV etc).

very charming apartment, tastefully furnished; equipped and functional kitchen (missing dishwasher); two comfortable and clean bathrooms. To get to the apartment you have to cross the entire course of the village and climb a rather steep flight of stairs.Everything was fine

We enjoyed 3 beautiful days in Vernazza and the accommodation made our tine super special. Fantastic location and communication with the host allowed us to enjoy the heist of Vernazza and the Conque Terre. When we return we would only stay here.
