    Relax in your private garden and take advantage of access to a shared covered terrace, perfect for unwinding in the fresh mountain air. The chalet is part of a peaceful residential leisure park established in 1984, on the edge of a forest and by a river.



    You have access to 2 shared parking spaces on site. Communal facilities include table tennis and billiards. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Events are not permitted.



    This authentic family village is ideal for a peaceful holiday while staying close to major Alpine sites: Annecy (60 km), Geneva (50 km), Cluses (18 km), and Samoëns (3 km). You are 200 m from Lac Bleu de Morillon and 500 m from the Grand Massif. The location is perfect for mountain biking, hiking, horse riding, rafting, canyoning, treetop adventures, ziplining, paragliding over Mont Blanc, swimming, tennis, and mini-golf. On site: artisan bakery, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, food truck, playground for children aged 6–12, games room, and pétanque court in summer.



    Bed linen, bath sheets, and towels are available for an extra charge. Cleaning is optional, available for an extra charge. Please leave the accommodation as you found it.
