"My Stay at the ark was fantastic, Had an issue with the TV not having channels and the receptionist had a maintenance man there within the hour. Rooms are fantastic AC was quiet :) and parking lot right outside the building. Will definetly be a return customer. "The hotel and room were clean. The nights have become cold and the one blanket available was not adequate. Staff at breakfast were friendly. The continental cold breakfast was adequate however fresh fruit and edible protein would be appreciated. Pressed spam is not ideal. Cold boiled egg is minimal. For those who like carbs you’re in luck! Loved the balcony and outside hotel space."
