Beautiful House, Beautiful Location
Whole family stayed the weekend while attending my daughter’s graduation in SB. House is exactly as listed and pictured in VRBO. It’s clean, has everything you need and Jayne is a great host. We had no issues, but she would definitely be available for anything that came up if need be. Location cannot be beat. Beach is right out the front door. Plenty of restaurants, grocery, coffee and ice cream places are close by. Worth it just for the view!

Marathon weekend in the beach getaway
Stayed in this amazing beach home with spouse and 3 other couples for the Mountains 2 Beach Marathon. The home and location were the best! Well stocked kitchen for in home cooking. Super easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful stay in Ventura
We spent a week at this beautiful home. Perfectly located at the beach, across from a large park, and conveniently within driving distance of amazing hiking in the Santa Cruz and Santa Monica mountains. We spent each morning on a long hike and enjoyed time at the beach in the afternoon. The house is perfect for a large group. We had five of our seven kids (all adults) and everyone had plenty of room. Beautifully appointed home and kitchens, baths, bedrooms are well designed and modern. Definitely a home we will visit again!

Beautiful Home at the Beach in Ventura
This lovely home was an awesome place for our family of parents, adult children and grandchildren to stay. The living spaces, kitchen and bedrooms are all thoughtfully arranged and impeccably clean. The owner was great to work with, reached out to make sure everything was ok, and responded promptly to any questions. The location, across from Marina Park, and just a few doors down from the beach, is great for beach access. There are beautiful beach views from several areas of the house. We have rented dozens of vacation houses, and this one is certainly in the top three. We hope to rent it again for a future trip!

Amazing house with great owner
We really enjoyed our stay. Great views of the ocean on a very quiet street. We were able to sleep soundly with windows open and the sound of the waves breaking outside. The two suites and two extra bedrooms were perfect for our two families. We used the extra room upstairs as an office for those who needed some peace and quiet for work. The location is convenient with a Vons just 5 minutes away and all the amenities of Ventura within close reach. Overall a great stay.

Spacious, Perfect, Location!!!
The property was perfect for our 2 day office planning retreat! Each room was clean and comfortable. The open layout for the kitchen and living room was perfect for communicating and the views were incredible.

Family vacation
Ventura is a wonderful location to enjoy the beach life. A weekend at this beautiful beach house hosted by Jayne was the best. The location to the beach and park gave us beautiful unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. There home was very lovely and roomy. All the decor and amenities were perfect. Definitely a 5 star!!

The property was clean and nicely furnished. The location was very nice. I was disappointed that there weren’t enough hand towels for everyone and no extra pillowcases for pillows that we brought. The pillows at the house were really hard and not good. Also, there were problems with the stove top. Several were not light and the handle kept coming off one.

Stunning Beach House for our Family Beach Week!
Scenic views, breakfast on the balcony, comfortable beds, and gorgeous bathrooms! Our family ages 5- 67 enjoyed everything, meals together, boogie boards, bicycling, Lego toys/puzzles indoor for kids, sand castle toys, corn hole game, and easy to do laundry. Many thanks to Jayne who did everything to make our stay pleasant! Much appreciated!

Beautiful Home!
We had a wonderful week in Ventura. Jayne was always available for any questions we had and was very communicative from the start. The flowers, cookies and wine she left was such a nice touch. The home is gorgeous and in a convenient, quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house
We stayed here while attending a conference nearby and it was such a wonderful place to relax after a busy day. Tons of space, comfortable, had all the amenities you could want, clean, beautifully decorated and full of light. So close to the beach as well. Jayne was the perfect host, too, very welcoming and responsive. She even left some delicious homemade cookies and flowers for us (I was celebrating my birthday during our stay). It’s the perfect place for a family or a group to stay. Highly recommend!

Great beach house
Beautiful, spacious, clean, and well appointed home. Property is precisely as advertised online. Jayne was an excellant host and even left a bottle of wine and cookies for us. Would highly recommend.

A perfect place for our family gathering. From Reno. Seattle. We are beach people ….. couldn’t have been any better! The accommodations were great for my family! Would do it again if the situation presented.

THE BEST VRBO IN VENTURA CALIFORNIA
We just had the best family get together that we’ve ever had thanks to Jayne and this amazing home. It accommodated 10 adults easily. The house was spotless! The huge 2nd floor kitchen/dining/living area was perfect! We spent most of the weekend in that area visiting, fixing meals, and playing games. The kitchen is laid out so that several people can be preparing meals at the same time and not be crowded. The grill on the patio allowed us to cook meals and have a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were really comfortable. The showers were very clean. The beach was a short walk away. Jayne was responsive and pleasant. I could go on & on. You will not regret renting this home!

Amazing house, views and location!
We stayed here for our annual family vacation (ages 8 months to 89 years old). We all agreed it was our overall favorite house that we stayed at. The location across the street from the park and steps from the beach can't be beat. The views are spectacular from the second floor main level and third floor master suite. The house is roomy and well equiped. Would definitely stay here again!

Great views of the ocean, the marina and the islands from a clean, comfortable, well-appointed house
The house boasts views of the ocean from two decks and the kitchen/living space. The park across the street contributes to a feeling of openness. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds were comfortable. The nicely furnished three sitting areas gave us the ability to relax as a group or have private space for work or reading. The property manager communicated with us ahead of time and checked in occasionally to make sure that no issues had arisen. The keyless entry allowed our group to have easy and individual access. We easily parked three cars off the street , using the garage and the driveway.

Family Gathering
Outstanding accommodation in a really nice location. We met up with our kids and grandkids and spent some quality time at the beach, park and the local area. The house is very nice in a great location with many accoutrements. Very enjoyable and make sure to take advantage of the bike opportunities.

Great Location
I loved being able to look out the windows and see the waves coming in. The house is beautiful and exactly what you see in the pictures. Plenty of room for 10 adults. Location is also good. Lots of places to ride bikes and restaurants/grocery store near by. Jayne is a phenomenal host. Quick to respond and assist with our questions. We will definitely return in the future!

Perfect place to host a reunion getaway
The house is beautiful and the location is amazing. The second floor 'great room' has a spectacular view and lots of comfortable places to sit and enjoy. The kitchen is well appointed with nice appliances. Steps away from a fun surfing beach. Fun for all ages. Host was very attentive and gracious. Hoping to come back sometime again.

Wonderful stay!
We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at Jayne's place right on the beach! Perfect location, plenty of room and a beautiful updated home with a fantastic view! Loved that the property has high gates with high latches to the outside of the house...that helped keep the littles in the yard. She has provided 2 bikes, several boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, beach toys and even an umbrella to keep shaded on the sand. There are life jackets, 2 wetsuits and 2 surfboards that my boys enjoyed. Great location within walking distance to a few little shops on Seaward Ave. Pierpont Tacos has amazing fish tacos and Juicewell had the best acai bowls we've ever tasted! Vons grocery store is very close if you need a milk run in the morning. Jayne communicated well and was easily accessible throughout our stay. We would definitely come back again!.

Amazing Stay!
Jayne’s home is just perfect for a family gathering. We had three families, including four children 1 year to 6, a total of ten people. We all loved the house, the different spaces, inside and out, to hang out and never felt crowded. The proximity to the beach and park: perfect. The children didn’t have far to go to have fun and play. The play area at the park looks like it has been closed for sometime, so bring along some kites and the little ones will be entertained along with the adults. Everyone commented how much fun the trip was and how relaxing it was. Thank you again, Jayne!

AMAZING!!
OMG! This property is dreamy and even better than pictured! Our group of 10 adult family members had plenty of space, privacy and fun! Beautifully furnished, impeccably clean and gorgeous views of the beach, ocean and grassy park across the street! You can walk along the beach( about 2 1/2 miles from the Ventura pier) or sidewalks in the park & towards the marina. We enjoyed the quiet and the sounds of the waves 24/7!! We loved the main great room for cooking, dining, playing games, watching movies on the huge TV and watching the beach, sky and sunsets from the giant windows. Jayne was the perfect hostess- easily reachable on the phone to help, offering lovely welcome gifts, but completely gave us our privacy. We’d love to make this week an annual trip!! It was the PERFECT way to celebrate 🎉 our Mom & Dad’s special birthdays!! We highly & enthusiastically recommend!!!

The house was stunning and spacious! It was perfect for our family gathering.
This beach house had Amazing views of the beach as well as the park, the harbor, and the mountains! It’s in the perfect location. It’s close to downtown Ventura as well as Oxnard and Ojai. The property manager, Jayne, was always available and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

A Wonderful Vacation
We truly enjoyed our time at this lovely beach house. We were a group of 5 adults and 4 children aged 2 - 9. The layout was great with 2 master suites, as well as three bedrooms downstairs located near each other with a shared bathroom. The location was great for kids. The grass field at the park right across the street from the house was fun for sports activities with the kids. And the beach. So fun. The little cove/beach at the end of the street was protected from much of the larger surf and was a lot of fun. The owner, Jayne, was great to work with and very responsive if any issues or questions came up. We would love to visit again in the future.
