Ferien im Grünen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Die Kinder und die Erwachsenen konnten sich im und um das Haus gut unterhalten. Im Haus gibt es zahlreiche Räume, wo man sich aufhalten oder spielen kann. Die Anmeldung, die Übernahme und die Rückgabe haben sehr gut funktioniert. Obwohl das Haus ausserhalb der Ortschaft liegt, sind die Einkaufsmöglickeiten in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein guter Ort für Familien!

Très chouette !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le cadre verdoyant de la maison. Nous étions 12 et nous n’avons eu aucun mal à chacun trouver notre place car la maison est vraiment grande. Les enfants ont adoré la pièce annexe avec le baby foot et l’accès au jardin.

L'endroit idéal pour passer du temps en famille

Superbe location

La relation avec l’hôte m’a parut compliqué (me disait à chaque fois tout était indiqué dans le descriptif) notre arrivée nous a confirmer cet accueil un peu froid.En ce qui concerne la location : conforme aux photos, nous étions 13, chaque personne a trouver sa place, très beau volume et très cocooning.Bémol : jeux de fléchettes cassé, ampoule du lustre au dessus de la table à manger qui ne tient plus que par les filaments ce l’ampoule, senséo support ne tient plus, cafetière porte filtre également cassé, dessus de robinet qui nous reste dans les mains et les matelas de lits font cuvettes.Dommage… c’est une superbe location qui a cause de toutes ces petites choses dont son délabrement.En ce qui concerne le ménage, les locataires juste avant nous ont dû payer 100 euros obligatoire comme nous, donc le ménage aurait dû être fait, or sol sale, excréments sur le mur et plainte (séché), moumouttes à droite à gauche, grain de riz au sol et ne surtout pas se baisser pour regarder sous les lits.En bref très belle prestation mais priorité au ménage.

L’endroit est spacieux et confortable pour 7 personnes. 2 wc pour ce lieu, c’est un peu juste. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Nous aurions aimé une machine à capsules plutôt qu’une Senseo. Le bois pour la cheminée était fourni sans supplément. L’accueil est rapide et efficace. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Schönes Haus, einfach aber nett

Es hat alles gepasst bis auf die Verständigung ( haben es dann p. Google-Übersetzer gemacht), es hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Reinigungskosten in Höhe von 100 € extra bezahlt werden mussten. Und das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert! Sonst hat alles für unsere Gruppe von 12 Personen gut gepasst!

Idyllische Lage

Nach Übernahme wird das Haus genauer untersucht und das Zimmer bezogen. Leider fällt auf, dass mit „4 BADEZIMMER“ in der Hausbeschreibung nicht gemeint ist, dass es dort 4 Toiletten hat, sondern nur zwei, wobei im unteren Stockwerk WC und Dusche zusammengelegt sind. In einem Zimmer gibt es als Mitbewohner zig Ameisen… Besonders geschätzt haben wir den Tischfussballkasten und die Boulesbahn. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, war aber leider dreckig. Wir haben alles gewaschen, bevor wir es verwenden konnten. Leider war uns auch nicht bewusst, dass vom Betriebsmaterial (WC-Papier, Seifen, Handtücher, Abwaschlappen, Kehrrichtsäcke etc.) nur eine Grunddotation vorhanden ist. Wir mussten das alles noch einkaufen. Probleme mit den Toiletten: das untere WC wurde überschwemmt, wenn das obere gebraucht wurde. Der Verwalter kam vorbei und hat den Boden aufgewischt. Dies war natürlich nur eine kurze Symptombekämpfung, die Überschwemmung kam zurück und war dann am nächsten Morgen noch schlimmer. Leider hat‘s dann nochmals einen Tag gedauert, bis der Verwalter die Toiletten entstopft hat. Bei der Abgabe ist uns der Eigentümer mit einem kleinen Beitrag entgegengekommen für die Umtriebe. Alles in Allem wäre der Ort und das Haus absolut empfehlenswert, wenn mehr Wert auf klare Kommunikation (Internetauftritt) und Sauberkeit gelegt würde. Auch haben wir vermisst, dass nach Buchung keine Kontakttelefonnummer angezeigt wurde.
