Venice island freestanding newly remodeled private duplex old Florida yet modern beach home 1100 sf with great location-our guests tell us so!!! So close to the beach and beautiful gulf waters —-under 1 minute by car or a 5 minute walk 2 blocks up the street! Or walk to Sharkey’s for dinner drinks and live music and the fishing pier. Quiet & very private with own lanai patio and yard! Legacy trail for walking or biking is 1 block away. Wow! So many repeat bookings. The home is so clean and beautifully decorated with amenities you will feel like you are in your favorite hotel. Internet is super fast 1000gb!

Complete renovation includes kitchen with side by side refrigerator, granite island, farm sink , dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and all kitchen necessities. New flooring, updated bathrooms etc. Washer and dryer included in unit.
Bedroom #1 has queen pillowtop bed, walk-in closet, and remodeled master bathroom.
Bedroom #2 has 2 memory foam twin beds, full dresser, large closet and second bath nearby.
Living room 54” TV with cable, Alexa for music wireless, mesh network internet and comfy seating. And large twin thick mattress roll away bed. Beds to sleep 5

The island community has everything you need without leaving the island. Don’t want to drive or didn’t bring a car-there are bikes and golf carts for rent.

Or walk everywhere !! Within blocks there are parks, beaches, fishing pier, boating, public golf courses, restaurants & bars pharmacy, food shopping(Publix), municipal post office, hospital, blocks of shops close by our place. Historic downtown Venice a stones throw away!!
Best of all ---close location and super nice stand alone, no steps-one story duplex home not in a complex-lots of privacy yet close to it all-tucked away in a very quiet location with no noise!

Everything is cleaned and disinfected prior to each stay for your safety. Cleanliness is always noted by our guests!

A great Venice getaway

It was a great place in an excellent neighborhood close to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with pans and small appliances. Owner provided a portable crib and highchair for our young grandson. Beach chairs and shark tooth finding stuff made were a bonus! Would stay again!

Two week stay in south venice

Great property in a great location. Well furnished and quite comfortable. Would stay there again. Only a couple of minor things to point out. The mattress in the primary bedroom may need replacing in the near future and the vinyl flooring in the kitchen is beginning to pop up. Easy fixes for an ideal rental. We enjoyed our stay there!

The house was absolutely perfect for our two weeks of horse showing, coupled with trips to the beach every day after showing. It was super clean, beds were very comfy, and it was so close to the public beach access and Sharky’s. Would book again!

Great spot for us

Nice quiet area. Close to beaches and nature park. Because of Hurricane Helene and renovations, Sharkeys was closed. Location great for visiting nearby friends as well as downtown Venice. Really enjoyed the nearby Airport Cafe, Coffee Truck, and Mercatos Vintage store.

Wonderful

We had a great time and found lots of shark teeth. The house is beautifully furnished and one can get to the beach in 5 minutes. We were also very grateful that we had a carport.

Great location

We choose to stay at this property because of the proximity to Caspersen Beach. Location was perfect. In a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance to Caspersen. Property is clean and has everything you need. The screen in back porch is was very enjoyable as well. Communication with host was great. We would stay here again in the future.

Fantastic stay and close to the beach. Clean, spacious and best place we have ever rented for a fair price. Cheaper than staying in a hotel. Quiet and enjoys the screened in outside room. Had bikes and ride one of them. This is a Bonus !!!

Quiet and comfy

It’s a quiet neighbor hood. Nice on the inside and so many small extra things that just makes your visit complete. There was a box fan in closet ( which we need for sleep) so didn’t have to purchase one. There are sifters for shark tooth hunting and bikes and beach chairs. Would definitely rent again! All the small things make for a easier vacation so thank you

Great beach condo!

This condo has easy access with covered parking. Super close to grocery shopping, stores, restaurants and beaches. Very comfortable with everything you need in a quiet neighborhood. A perfect spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and even helped work out a solution because our flight out wasn’t until after checkout time. The place was very clean. We really enjoyed our coffee in the mornings in the screened in porch. The beach access is so very close and that part of the beach didnt seem to get super crowded which we loved. CHeck in was super easy. I highly recommend this place and the host we couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

This property was everything we hoped it would be! It was clean, very spacious, a great home, layout! We had breakfast on the screened in porch each morning! Lovely house close to beaches and pier.

We loved the house and lanai which is roomy, well equipped and nicely furnished. Also it had the added bonus of a car port which kept the car cool! If you have children there are lots of equipment for the beach, noodles, belly board, sieves for searching out sharks teeth on the local beach ( which I used and found some sharks teeth for my grandkids in UK) Also beach chairs and umbrella! Everything was a short drive away. - beach 2 minutes, Publix 4 minutes. We had a great time there and would definitely recommend.

Perfect Home

The home was clean, well equipped and plenty big enough for 2 people. The kitchen had everything one would need to cook. The washer and dryer were very helpful, and we only needed 1 suitcase bc we washed what we brought. The owner has stocked the house with all the toys needed for the beach including a shark tooth rake, chairs, umbrellas, and a boogie board. We would absolutely stay here again.
