This accommodation is located a stone's throw from Campo Santa Maria Formosa, one of the largest fields in the city where there are many buildings of historical and architectural importance. It is a perfect solution for anyone: couples, groups of friends or families, consisting of a large dining room with kitchen complete with fridge, dishes and cooking tools, small living area with sofa that can become a double bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the beautiful altana, typical Venetian wooden terrace, which will give you a breathtaking view of the roofs of the city and will allow you to spend unique moments.

For greater comfort, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, independent heating, air conditioning, electric mosquito control equipment, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron.

Thanks to its strategic position, you will be 600m from both Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, where there are also some of the main vaporetto stops, which can take you to Piazzale Roma, the Santa Lucia train station or Marco Polo airport. The area offers a wide choice of bars and restaurants, but if you prefer to dine in the privacy of your home you will find a supermarket 250 m away.

Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.

The published price includes the commissions that are charged to the resident.

Very compact but clean and an outstanding location - short walk to major landmarks in Venice, tons of restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping within a 5-minute walk. The hosts were very responsive and helped arrange water taxi services from the airport and to the train station, and a representative from the host greeted us as we got off the water taxi to take us to the apartment and check us in.

The place is in the very beautiful and convenient location. But the apartment is tiny, with one of the beds (sofa bed) on the second level, right under the roof, without air conditioning (terribly hot) and with a very steep stairs. The shower is so small, that a medium size men can hardly use it, with some mold on the walls and leaking into the downstairs apartment (we had a neighbour’s visit after using it).

Relaxing Rooftop

In a busy, active city, we came back to relax and regenerate. The layout works well, has a lot of character including modern upgrades. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and the outdoor area is the cherry on top. We highly recommend staying here when visiting this amazing city.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay - the apartment is in the BEST location - easy walk to main attractions plus a bar two doors down for evening drinks. It is on level 2 with 4 flights of stairs so be warned if you have lots of luggage (like we did!). The balcony was great for evening dinner and drinks. We stayed in July and the one air-con unit is definitely not enough to cool down the apartment. I would stay again but not in summer. The communication from the host and Guido who met us for check in was amazing. All water taxis were organised quickly so it was stress free. Great stay!

Venice

The apartment was clean and had most everything you need for a short stay. The rooftop terrace was a great place for coffee or wine. The nearby square was beautiful and had a market, grocery store, bars , restaurants and coffee shops and even gondola station. Pietro patiently waited for out arrival and provided clear communication and instructions to get there. He also was extremely helpful in getting us a transfer to our ship at the last minute when we could not secure one.

Super well equipped flat in the heart of the city

We were very happy with our stay. This flat is extremely well-equipped and the host/manager was very communicative and set us up properly to use it. The location is excellent. We were very happy with our experience.

Achtung, Bettwanzen!

Wir haben nach 3 Tagen ausgezogen. Ich bin mit Bettwanzenstichen übersäht, zwei der Möbel auf der Dachterrasse waren schon beim check in so kaputt, dass sie nicht benutzbar waren. Entgegen der Zusage wurden sie nicht ausgetauscht.

Awesome location in Venice

This apartment was well located to everything that you would want to do. The patio was awesome. We played cards and drank wine on the patio in the afternoon. It’s exactly like the pictures show. The owner arranged for transportation for us from the airport and met us at the unit. She even left coffee for us to drink. The only negative was that the room with the sofa bed was warm at night. I would stay there again!

Perfect location

The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Venice. We could walk anywhere within 10 -15 minutes. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, even a grocery store nearby. Only downside we found to the location was that at night from 11pm-1am, there are many groups of people talking, laughing, etc down the street. It kept several of us up. (Bring earplugs) Our check in process wasn’t ideal. Our flight was delayed and we had to check in 15 minutes late. They charged us a late check in fee of 30 euro. Also- be advised that you will have to pay taxes upon arrival. We were not aware of this. Typically when we rent through Vrbo, the total amount is included in the amount charged. It made for an uncomfortable start to the trip to have to deal with this. We had 3 teens with us. (Total of 5 people) All had a bed which was nice. We loved the roof top terrace! It was our living room since there isn’t one in the unit. We enjoyed hearing the church bells ringing and watching the sunset. It was a little cramped but as expected for European apartments! Tiny bathroom. However we loved our time in Venice!! The apartment added a lot to the experience. Tip for getting there: We found the water taxi to/from the airport was easier than taking a taxi from The airport to Venice. (Then have to hop on another water transport/ walk to apartment) It was a short walk from the apartment to the water taxi station that takes you to the airport.

Très bel appartement bien situé et avec terrasse

Appartement bien équipé (tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner pour une famille de 4). Les literies sont bonnes à part pour le canapé lit qui ne peut convenir que pour un enfant (ecart d’une dizaine de cms entre le debut du matelas et le reste du matelas). L’appartement est bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes de la place st Marc et du pont du rialto. L’accueil par Michela a été très apprécié. La terrasse est juste incroyable ! Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement.

Fantastic for 4

Great location in Venice! Nice unit with everything you need including an amazing roof top patio. The only issues: lots of stairs up to unit and the shower is small - but this is typical of most places in Venice. Property manager Flavia was wonderful, communication was great. We would stay again.

Awesome but small and musty

The apartment is very nice. It was clean and comfortable for the most part. The apartment is very small for 3 adults with suitcases. We ended up using the smaller bedroom as a holding area for all of our luggage and to get dressed. The location is great, but the street in the front of the house is very loud almost all of the time. We also noticed that the apartment smells musty and moldy quite a lot. We first noticed when we came back to the apartment after our first full day out. The smell gets better when the windows are open but returns as soon as you close the windows especially after its been raining. Overall cute and charming, but the size and smells were disappointing.

Wonderful place and location!

From the check in with the host to the stay and rooftop this place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and spacious. The host was wonderful and super helpful. I would stay here again.
