Modern, stylish apartment in the famous San Marco Area more precisely in San Moisè's square, just 1 min. walking to S.Mark's square with not even a bridge!

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning/heating in every room and Private terrace/courtyard, 4 sqm.

The space

Location: in the heart of Venice, visit Saint Mark's Cathedral, Saint Mark's Bell tower, Moors' Clocktower, Bacino Orseolo, Museo Correr, Biblioteca Marciana, Ducal Palace, Bridge of Sighs. Tipical & fine dining restaurants (check out the apt guide here on Airbnb!), shops of the most famous fashion brands all around! (Cartier shop 5mt, LouisVuitton 10mt, Fendi 15 mt, Prada 20mt, Gucci 150mt....)

150 sqm about; top central, sunny, very charming historical centre, third floor (USA fourth floor), stairs / no elevator, no problem of 'acqua alta' (high tide).

Wonderful apartment with great A/C and spacious, comfortable bedrooms and kitchen/living rooms.

This is a great property for a family of four (or more) -- three full bedrooms all with queen beds and wonderful A/C after a hot day of walking around. It's location is convenient to the Eiffel Tower, but is a little bit dodgy otherwise. It's also 95 steep steps up to the apartment, so understand this before you book -- it's worth it, but if you struggle at all with stairs/stamina you should really consider this factor. Absolutely great host in terms of support/communications.
