Bugs in the property. Hopefully not bed bugs but my family had many new bites every morning. We had to leave a day early. Poorly furnish with rips in the couch cushions. Only positive was the location here

A wonderful location, close to so much! The space was perfect for our needs. My only Complaint was the very tedious and complex check in process. We struggled getting answers for our arrival and couldn’t check in to the property when we arrived.

Great central walking location !

Great stay - very central location to piazza san Marco & Rialto bridge - very clean - large apartment - nice views of the canal & gondolas in late afternoon from Juliette balcony ! Would stay again.

Beautiful apartment, location is perfect. Was hard to find because it was our first time in Venice. Communication with owner was very good. The apartment is comfortable with a beautiful canal view. I’d probably add more pillows to the bed and add extra towels, but despite that, was ok for 1 night. I would recommend it for sure .

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was in a great location close to everything, with beautiful views of the canal. The apartment was clean and in good order and we had excellent directions from the owners on how to locate the property. The only small negative is the facilities in the kitchen. We appreciate that a kettle was not listed as an amenity but there is a picture of one on the apartment website but there are no facilities whatsoever to make coffee or tea in the apartment. This seems strange as they provide a toaster but no coffee or tea maker.

We had a fabulous stay at San Marco Boutique! The location was absolutely perfect and the room was immaculate. The canal view was so beautiful! Everything we wanted for our trip to Venice! We had our two kids with us and had plenty of room between the second bedroom and couch in the living room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modern and luxurious. We did not use the kitchen, however, having the refrigerator was a nice option to keep drinks and leftovers cool. Check in communication was a little confusing, but that may have been my fault. We were whatsapped the check in instructions right at 3pm, so make sure you have access to whatsapp and don't plan on getting in early, unless maybe it's communicated and guaranteed. Location was safe and secure and easily found by Apple Maps and the instructions that were emailed prior to check in. We were able to walk right from the train station to the room, which took 20-30 minutes...but a very enjoyable walk checking out Venice. As far as noise, we did have some noise from the tenants or visitors upstairs late at night, but didn't have issues going to sleep. Our morning was very early due to noise in the canals with boats picking up garbage close by, etc., but again, nothing that would keep us from returning. We would absolutely book and stay again if we are lucky enough to return to Venice!

No control over the heating, it was freezing. No batteries in the remotes. Washer only, no dryer. Water leaked in the kitchen onto the microwave and electrical cord, and water was leaking from above floor down the wall of the second bedroom. Communication was not good, not aware that Wonderful Italy managed the property so I ignored the first few messages on WhatsApp as they have links for payment and personal information. The personal information link didn’t work properly so I couldn’t upload the passport photos et cetera and even though they said communication was available until 11 pm I could not get anyone to respond from 6 pm until the next morning and since we were only staying two nights one of the night was absolutely freezing as we could not get the heater to change the setting as it was centrally controlled.
