Residenza Al Pozzo was a great place to stay. My wife and I loved the amenities, the ease of checkin and checkout, and the great private space we were given throughout our stay. We would go there again and again.

Great location. If you are in good shape, you can walk from train station with rolling luggage to the property in 20 minutes time. Host was available by phone right at check in and we were able to get right in. Plenty of hot water for shower and AC worked great. Bed was comfortable. Not a bed and breakfast, so you’ll need to find your own breakfast. Kitchen available for use and has coffee and tea ect. Great stay!

We liked being located in this large square, a close walk to the Rialto nridge area. Our room was very comfortable, room 2 with private bath. Good water pressure and hot water for showering. We never saw any other guests so it seemed like we had the kitchen and dining room to ourselves. We liked coming back for lunch and then out again with new energy to walk, walk, walk.

Great Place to Stay

Flora was in touch the day before we arrived and closer to our arrival she kept in touch. We arrived a little later due to getting lost but this did not bother Flora who was sending details and waiting on us. We were checked in and given loads of information regarding sight seeing and restaurants etc. The place was spotlessly clean, smelled lovely and warm as it was cold outside. The room was really nice and to be honest there was not a single thing anyone could find fault with this place. We will be back in the summer.

The location was quite good. The property itself was a flat with 3 bedrooms. There was a spacious outdoor balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. It was very homey. Sadly, the property was not well taken care. The common areas such as the kitchen and utensils were dirty; kettle, coffee cups etc. The bedroom was good though. It was quiet. Residents respectful and nice. Caroline was quite rude and unfriendly and there is no housekeeping in the rooms; no toiletries and no refill of toilet paper. Overall - ok for a “short” stay, not luxurious.

Carolina , the lady that helped us checkin was delightful and very helpful . Unfortunately the property had no hot water which wasnt very pleasant after a full day on the road travelling . Carolina notified us that there would be no hot water and that we could cancel our reservation . It was too late for us to cancel but carolina assured us we would get a refund from expedia . We are hopeing to hear from expedia regarding a full refund .

Support from operator to check in was inadequate. Stuck at building entrance for over an hour in rain and windy weather. Operator cannot be reached by phone or WhatsApp. Finally get in after some from inside exited.
