The apartment is a typical venetian residential property which spans over 120sqmt, tastily furnished and equipped with all comforts. It is suitable for a family or a group of 5 guests and composed of one master double bedroom, a second double room with 3 single beds, lounge, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower and bath tub. All beddings and towels are provided and the apartment is fully heated and air conditioned, it has Wi Fi, tv, washing machine, dishwasher, a valuables safe, hairdryer, toiletries, cot for infants, a courtesy set and welcome hamper .



Enjoy the atmosphere of the most romantic city in the world when you stay in this spacious apartment set within a typical venetian palace; you will enjoy a gorgeous view over the San Severo canal from the property s windows, this waterway is often enlivened by the passing through ofgondolas, typical venetian rowing boats. The property is located in the district of Castello, within walking distance of S.M Formosa campo (venetian square), one of the largest in Venice. It is a quiet area, though its central position lets you easily reach Venice s main sights: a 10 minutes stroll will get you across the wonderful Rialto Bridge, or to get through St. Mark s square, the city s lounge . Very close to this apartment, you can find artisan shops, boutiques, supermarkets, bakeries, osterie (traditional venetian wine bars) and restaurants

We booked the apartment for the size, location, and balcony view. We loved watching the gondolas from the balcony. It is a charming apartment with modern amenities and old world style and decor. Marisa was very helpful and check-in was simple.

Beautiful spot with a view of the canals

Absolutely spacious, amazing apartment in a central location in Venice. We loved to sit on the balcony that overlooks the intersection of two canals. That was my favorite part of our entire trip to Venice. Absolutely a 10.0 on our list!

Venetian vacation

Fantastic apartment in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views overlooking a canal. Enjoyed watching the gondolas cruise by below our balcony. Sorry to have to say goodbye. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home while in Venice. Walking distance to St Marks and the Rialto bridge.

An authentic spacious Venice apartment overlooking a canal.

The apartment was fully functional, spacious and clean. The location was AMAZING, close to St. Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge. Marisa was super responsive and helpful. Having coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening on the balcony while watching the gondolas was wonderful. We would definitely return.

Lovely Location and Balcony

There were 5 of us (age 4 to 73) and we stayed very comfortably for two nights. The apartment was charming and overlooked an intersection of canals. The kitchen was well stocked and good restaurants were nearby. It was a bit hard to find using street direction, but once switched to google maps, the coordinates made it easy. Would definitely stay again if we came to Venice! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Immaculate, beautiful apartment with a great view

This apartment was very clean, well decorated and offered plenty of room! The beds and pillows were comfortable so we slept well. It was close to everything- restaurants and shopping and not far from San Marcos square which is beautiful especially this time of year! Great communication with the owner and such a delight to stay here.

Perfect location with a stellar view!

We loved our week at the apartment and Castello was a great location, less touristy and yet full of wonderful views, restaurants and shops. The apartment offered plenty of space for two couples, Marisa was very responsive and the views and breezes were wonderful. If I had to pick one negative, I would say the WiFi is extremely poor which made it tough to check in with family during off hours. Other than that I would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We loved the location which was quiet but central to wherever we wanted to go. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the intersection of a couple of canals watching the gondolas going by was a highlight of each day. Marisa and Fabio were really responsive to any communication we had with them. Wireless worked well. We would love to come back and stay again.

Ruhig, zentral, gemütlich und geräumig ist die Wohnung, aber vor allem ist der Blick auf die Kanäle richtig schön. Die Kommunikation und der Austausch von Informationen waren reibungslos, die Wohnung leicht zu finden. Für ein gemütliches Wochenende perfekt.

Amazing location

The location of the apartment is truly amazing. The photos do not show an accurate picture of the intense beauty of the canal the apartment overlooks. Our group spent many hours sipping wine and watching the activity on the canal. The apartment was a beautiful vintage apartment, it was adequately stock with everything we needed. We had a wonder gift of coffee, wine, crackers and cookies waiting for us when we arrived. We had some problems finding the place, but Marisa met us in the streets of Venice and lead the way. The location was fabulous, we walked every where, there was a great plaza steps from our door with some wonderful food. Our only issue was the firmness of the beds, we are used to the soft pillow top beds of home. The bed here are firm. Overall our stay was amazing and I would book the apartment again. Thanks Marisa
