Beautiful, rustic, historical apartment house "Fondamenta del Rielo", 3 storeys. In the centre of Venezia, in the district Castello, in a quiet, sunny position, directly by the canal. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Shop 100 m, grocery 300 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 300 m, café 100 m, bus stop "Piazzale Roma" 3.7 km, ferry "Vaporetto stop Giardini" 500 m. Nearby attractions: Piazza San Marco 1 km, Arsenale, Biennale di Venezia.
3-room apartment 80 m2 on 3rd floor. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed, TV, video, radio and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, south facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed, shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 150 - 250 cm, without wardrobe with 1 bed, 1 pull-out bed and bath/bidet/WC. Beautiful panoramic view of the resort and the canal. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: no lift. From the entrance on the second floor there is an internal staircase to the living room. From the living room 2 steps to the small balcony with woodden deck and 2 deck chairs, a bench, table, lovely view of the roof tops. The kitchen, through which you enter the bedroom with a pull-out bed, it is separated from the living room by a curtain. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax.
