Old apartment house "Casanas", renovated. In the centre of Venezia, in the district Castello, in a busy, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Shop, grocery, restaurant 20 m, bus stop "Piazzale Roma" 3.4 km, sandy beach 2 km. The building is situated in the "Biennale" area, only 10 minutes walk from St Marks square. Nearby is one of the largest green areas of Venice: Viale Garibaldi and the public gardens. The beach is at Lido di Venezia.

Perfekte Lage

Sehr gute Lage, um Besichtigungen zu machen, abseits vom Touristenrummel. Der Ortsteil Castello ist abends auch sehr ruhig und es gibt nette Restaurants/Bars mit zivilen Preisen. Die Wohnung ist bei sommerlichen, hohen Temperaturen über 30 Grad sehr warm (keine Klimaanlage), allerdings da im 2.OG können offene Fenster nachts Abkühlung bringen.

We misten airco , een boodschappenkar voor de flessen water, uitleg over gebruik liftstoeltje om de flessen naar boven te brengen, een koffiezetapparaat. Wel heel fijn twee badkamers en ruime etage.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Allerdings wäre es überlegenswert, eine Klimaanlage einzubauen. Man konnte nachts vor Hitze kaum schlafen, da halfen auch keine Ventilatoren. Das ist wirklich ein großes Manko!

excellent séjour d'une semaine, appartement bien aménagé, a 10-15 minutes de san marco a pieds, commerces tout proche, belle vue sur le jardin au calme. attention : accès un peu difficile pour des costumés : troisième étage avec escaliers assez étroits, et pas d'accès au jardin depuis l'appartement pour charger les bagages, il faut faire un petit détour

Perfekt für den Biennale Besuch

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen zwischen Arsenale und Giardini, direkt hinter der Via Garibaldi mit den schönen Bars! Die Straße ist sehr lebhaft, die Wohnung aber dennoch ruhig mit Ausblick auf den Park und das WasserObwohl erst um 16:00 beziehbar, konnten wir schon früher rein, da unser Zug schzam Vormittag ankam. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden uns es war überall sauber.

La proximité de la via Garibaldi et des sites de la biennale font de cet appartement un bon choix. Le calme est appréciable car il est situé devant un parc. A recommander aux personnes en bonne condition physique car il est au troisième étage.
