Convenient and away from the bustle

The apartment is roomy and well equipped. The vaporetto stop and the shopping and dining possibilities of Campo San Giacomo are very close, so it is easy to get to the usual sights but also to enjoy the relative calm of a neighborhood. It is lovely to eat while looking out at the garden (too chilly during our stay to eat outside.

Wonderful apartment

In a quieter neighborhood yet close to grocery store, restaurants, bakeries and gelato. Easy walking to Rialto and St Marks. Would highly recommend this apartment. Alberto, your place is great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

Host spoke great English, came looking for me to be sure I arrived safely. Apartment w/ rear private courtyard and lg front courtyard was very quiet and very easy to find once you know where it was. Navigating Venice is not for the faint of heart.

A real gem!

We were very pleased to stay in this lovely ground floor apartment. It was well located, a 15mins walk from the station (over some canal bridges), the small courtyard garden was delightful, the property was thoughtfully equipped, spacious and comfortable. Our communications with the owners were excellent, we were met personally and shown round. We’d highly recommend this property for a stay in Venice and we would definitely stay again.

We chose this space as it was out of the tourist main area for some peace and quiet. Private garden was lovely. Warning - Mosquitos in house even in April!. Coop supermarket right around corner.

Tolle Ferienwohnung - ruhig und dennoch zentral

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, sehr sauber und hat einen eigenen Garten. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt etwas versteckt, dafür ist es sehr ruhig und man hat das Gefühl, ein Venezianer zu sein :-) Es ist nicht weit zu einem Supermarkt und kleinen Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen in einer etwas wärmeren Jahreszeit gern wiederkommen.

Wonderful home in the perfect location

We were extremely pleased with this 1 bedroom home with private outdoor courtyard. The interior is very new and clean. The location is wonderful, very quiet with a nearby plaza that has a grocery store and several restaurants with outdoor seating. It's only a half mile walk from the main bus and train stations, or you can take the vaparetto. I was nervous when the owner never responded to my messages that we would be late arriving, but we were met by a very nice lady who lives in the same building and she checked us in and showed us around. This is one of the nicest short-term rentals we've had in Europe and I would recommend it without hesitation to family and friends.

Ruhiges Domizil in wunderbarer Lage

Wir würden in diese ruhige Wohnung an dem kleinen, stillen Platz jederzeit gern zurückkehren. Frühstück im Garten, um die Ecke die Bäckerei mit gutem Brot und frischen Croissants, der Gemüseladen, ein Coop und viele lauschige Restaurants. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.

Venedig zentral und ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns wunderbar zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen Die sehr komfortable Ausstattung der Fewo wurde noch mit einem begrünten kleinen Innenhof ergänzt, indem man herrlich nach den Stadttouren entspannen konnte. Und die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht.

Gut zu erreichen

Ruhige Lage, nahe an der Vaporetto-Haltestelle, eigener Zugang, wie ein kleines Häuschen, ebenerdig und ohne Stufen, nicht sehr touristisch, alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Great accommodations in a good location

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment with patio area. Great location to catch the vaporettos or to walk into the market San Polo area or even to St. Mark’s square. The bed was very comfortable and everything we needed was in the kitchen, etc. We enjoyed the fresh basil in the patio too - bonus!

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Apartment sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht auch zum Kochen. Besonders schön ist die ruhige Lage mit kleinem grünen Innenhofgarten und sehr nah an guten Restaurants. Wir kommen sehr gern mal wieder. Venedig ist immer eine Reise wert! Hilfreich wäre allerdings etwas italienisch zu sprechen, da die Gastgeberin kein Englisch spricht und die Kommunikation nur über Übersetzungsprogramm möglich ist. Vielen Dank Familie Morosini!

Venice apartment

The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed for a good stay, check in was easy. The area around the apartment has many restaurants and bars close by, and there is a supermarket about 200mts away, or if you take the wrong turning 500mts away, but it's Venice so you're always going to get lost! Having the garden was great for breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay.

Away from the Fray

Nice apartment on ground floor on a small, private and quiet residential court. Recommended and would stay there again. Good: Very clean. Kitchen is well equipped with pretty much everything you need. Short walk to food market, excellent restaurants, wine bar and gelati, away from main tourist area. Bedroom is nice size with comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with all amenities. Enough closet space and drawers. Private patio seating in walled garden court. Nice for breakfast or happy hour. 5 minute walk to a vaporetto stop. Living area is adequate (although we did not spend too much time in the apartment). Minor not so good: Bring your own pillows if you like a flatter shape. Long walk to bathroom from bedroom. Shower is smallish. A few mosquitoes around. Small kitchen counter space. All in all, a very good rental with a dependable landlord.

Venice Apartment

The location of the apartment was ideal for us. We wanted to get more of a local feel rather than be in the middle of the main tourist area. The fact that we could prepare some of our meals when we wanted was a plus. The location was close to some local restaurants and two food marts which was perfect. When we wanted to see the other parts of Venice, there were two public transportation stations within a five minutes walk. We did have an issue when a hot water pot in the kitchen stopped working but the owner had it replaced quickly. The kitchen was supplied well for meal preparation. Being able to have a meal on our private terrace was enjoyable. We would stay there again.

Ruhig und grün im Herzen Venedigs

Unmittelbar am Canale Grande liegt diese Oase der Ruhe mit einem wunderschönen grünen Innenhof. Direkt um die Ecke befinden sich zwei wunderbare Restaurants an einem kleinen Kanal, und nur wenig weiter ein kleiner Platz mit weiterer Gastronomie und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Hier kann man Venedig fernab der Besucherströme erleben! Und das Beste: die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so dass wir unsere Tage sehr genossen haben.
