Amazing and romantic place with really good service and a very good restaurant with daily changing menu. The breakfast seems to be a bit pricey (somewhere around 35 per day/room) with respect to the offered products but still okay.

Recommend this hotel, absolutely wonderful. Welcome was lovely, room clean and products in bathroom really nice. Grounds of hotel were so relaxing, right on the water, beautiful views. Service from all members of staff was faultless.

De la moisissure dans toute la salle de bain

Commençons par le point positif le cadre. La proximité avec la rivière est vraiment agréable. L’hôtel en lui-même est beau. Le restaurant est incroyable, la nourriture est excellente. Au niveau de la chambre, le lit est très confortable. La salle de bain : une catastrophe. De l’humidité partout. Un pommeau de douche qui fuit de tous les côtés, un miroir qui est censé s’éclairer et qui n’est pas branché… Après une plainte de ma part à la réception, un branchement « de fortune » a été fait ce qui a condamné la seule prise de la salle de bain. Lorsqu’on s’est plaint à la réception, nous avons été pris de haut et hormis la « réparation » du miroir. Rien n’a été fait. On a expliqué qu’un coup de peinture était nécessaire pour cacher la moisissure. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais sans plus. Lors de notre départ, tout ce qui est important, c’était que l’on paye notre nuit, on ne nous annule demander si tout s’était bien passé.

Alors, comment dire ... le cadre est magnifique, on y mange bien et le repas du soir est copieux, les serveurs du soir sont très sympas, le prix de la chambre est raisonnable, mais ... que dire du "sourire" et de l'accueil de la responsable (blonde) du restaurant ... de celle qui vous accueille à l'arrivée et qui vous fait croire qu'elle vous avez été surclassé en vous filant la plus mauvaise chambre, vue mur (alors que la réservation avait était faite pour une chambre vue fleuve ...), de la capsule de café dans la chambre qu'on vous facture 80 centimes (pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ... !). Bref quelques imperfections, ce n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles, il y a beaucoup d'incohérence, mais ça vaut quand même le coup. Un avis également mitigé sur les œuvres d'art sélectionnées dans lenceinte de l'hôtel, mais ça reste un avis personnel.

Tout ce que nous avons mangé au restaurant était très mauvais. Le spa est basique. La chambre est minuscule. Endroit tranquille sans plus. Ne vaut pas le prix payé du tout!
