"The hotel was conveniently located, although its design seemed more geared toward a younger, social media-oriented crowd. I particularly liked that it was part of a shopping complex, with a Coop supermarket conveniently located in the basement."

"Shout out to Alexandra who was super helpful to us as first timers in Lenzerheide (and with a language barrier to boot). She shared many details that helped us configure our short time wisely. Thank you again to all at the front desk for making our stay enjoyable - we will be back!! One caveat - the spa facility does not open until 3pm and the pools were closed one evening / hard to get to as the main entrance was closed. There were also several people in swim suits in the spa and towels left around. Better service with an attendant in this area would help to make it more user friendly."

"Really lovely hotel with a good spa and nice little bar (serves some tasty cocktails). What made it extra special was the Pradaschier Toboggan pass from the hotel for staying 2+nights. This saved us a lot of money. Down side was the restaurant is closed Mon & Tues evenings and very little choice in the villages for restaurants."

"Pretty building, indoor parking. Very clean and cozy. Beds, pillows and duvets were so comfortable. Lovely balcony with view of the mountains. Hot tub and sauna were a bonus. The apartment is just across the road from a fantastic park for the kids and close to a lovely coffee shop for the grownups."

"Lovely stay, clean room, enjoyed access to spa morning and evening. Room is minimal but nicely designed, some of the lighting buttons were confusing and one button was slightly faulty. Room would be improved with some coat hooks within the lobby area (stayed in Ando room with spacious lobby), or a sideboard or shelf, somewhere to put things as you come in. There wasn't a cushion to sit on by the balcony as in pictures. A kettle would also be useful."
