Located in the new area of Torre del Mar, this apartment in a newly built residential complex offers you the convenience of a seasonal community pool (subject to community rules), paddle tennis court, playground, lush gardens, and a private parking space in the same building.



With three cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a double bed, and the third with two single beds, this space is ideal for the whole family or a group of friends. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation, and the living-dining room invites you to relax.



The two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub (the latter in the master bedroom), ensure comfort and privacy. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need, from a 4-burner ceramic hob to a washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.



The bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, and sea views, providing a cozy and practical atmosphere for an ideal vacation in Torre del Mar. Furthermore, Torre del Mar offers easy access to explore the Axarquía region, with tourist attractions such as Nerja, Frigiliana, Vélez-Málaga, and Comares, all within a short drive.



This wonderful apartment is located in one of the new areas of Torre del Mar, less than a 15-minute walk from the city center and about 250 meters from the beach. Being not in the city center, it is ideal for relaxing while being close to all kinds of services and a wide variety of restaurants, beach bars, and more.

Stay in Torre del Mar

Nice, clean and comfortable flat. Very well equipped kitchen, nice sea view from the balcony. The sea is easily reached on foot in a few minutes with little pebbles on the beach. Ocean water is clean. We spent time there in a group of 6 people and there was only one set of keys available. The keys don't work very well, be it due to the quality of the keys or the locks. Some light bulbs were disfunctional and not repaired despite our requests. All in all a good experience in Torre del Mar. We would like to come back again despite little hangups.
