「Everything worked as expected for the price of this day, we were just traveling through in need of a hot shower and a place to rest, which he was given to us in a pinch of notice, desk, clerk was extremely pleasant and easy to work with, would definitely stay here again on a travel through that location on Route 66」

「Instead of the king size bed in the handicap room we reserved, we were given two queen beds. We were going to be late, so I called in advance to let them know. The young man who answered the call at the hotel looked up our reservation and said yes I see it, one king bed, accessible. I thanked him. And was assured we had the room we reserved. Nope! When we arrived they had rented out the room to someone else!! Hotel said it was Expedia that changed the reservation, I showed him my confirmation...

「Exceptionally clean property with a very friendly, helpful, efficient, competent staff. Amazingly quiet rooms (ours equipped with hearing impaired door bell)! Breakfast was great with a terrific latte machine. On-site gym clean and well equipped. Only downsides were that the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. In our room, one bed was ok. 「Upon arrival, property was beautiful! Check in was easy, the gentleman who checked us in was so friendly! Ice machine third floor was broken, rooms were nice but not clean. There was a used tampon bottom of the headboard, the curtain hooks were all broken, and all shampoo , conditioner and body wash bottles were so old and looked like all they do is refill them. Towels had stains, we found a tick. Breakfast was good, BUT staff was SO rude and was rushing guests out. IT IS POSTED BREAKFAST IS...

「The bedding and towels were badly stained. The bathroom was in bad shape. Chips all over the tub and shower. No plug in for the phone charger near the bed. The neighbors had dogs barking late at night and started again in the early morning. If you can handle gross, the price was ok.」
