A beautiful old hotel with an amazing swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the season the day before we arrived. Excellent service and a lovely helpful staff. We had a nice room near the pool, but small ants were coming in from the window. Restaurant with great food. Would love to come back in the summertime.

My son and daughter in law got married here and we stayed for the weekend then extended our stay. The rooms in the villa itself are incredible. So beautiful and grand. The wedding was amazing. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. During our extended stay we sampled the other accommodation which is really good and value for money. And the swimming pool where you can get substantial snacks and drinks is fantastic. You can get trains into Treviso and Venice from stations nearby. I’d love to go back. Big thanks to Alberto and Michelle.

Property is beautiful and the room is amazing but you feel confined to your room because of the lavish parties that go all night. We stayed Thursday through Monday and in that time they had 3 major events with loud music until 2am each day. Didnt sleep for 3 nights. The restaurant was closed for the events without notifying guests, so be prepared to eat in Castelfranco, and you have to find different ways to get to your room, without disturbing the "parties". Ill not be returning to this location.

Historical Palladian-style villa. Rooms and furniture are vintage, therefore nothing is contemporary. Heating system is also vintage, so be prepared for it. This property is very popular with weddings and large group gatherings so expect the noise and crowds every night.

We were looking for something different to enjoy an old Villa experience, and i liked the grounds and the pool very very much. breakfast was great as well, and it was in the middle of where we travelled. our children (8, 11), didn't connect well in the place, for children reasons, and we decided to leave before the end of our stay. the team at the place helped us, and offered us a wide variety of solutions that were suitable for what are children needed (thank you for that). on the second day, before we left on the third, we hung all day at the pool which was awesome and great.

What an amazing experience! Incredible property! The feeling of a King for the day! It’s perfect. The setting is also gorgeous. The pool is a resort in itself. Unfortunately, they rent the pool to the public for day use and it shows. Instead of luxurious and beautiful, it feels a little bit like Las Vegas- very crowded, younger, tattooed crowd. This we didn’t like. The Hotel also does a lot of facility rentals for private parties- but it’s big enough not to be a problem. The Staff was generally very helpful but many are stoic and have limited personality (with the exception of 1 or 2 individuals). There are limited dinner options, so we went out. But, the Town is extremely limited with nice options. Overall, excellent experience though- especially for the price.

Recommendations

Apple Maps and Hotel.com directs to beyond the property and city so we were lost for some time. I recommend sending future guests a welcome email with the recommendation to use Google Maps and alert them that there is no elevator. A large sign at the entrance also would also help. The phone service was down so we could not contact the property. Perhaps offering text service would be useful. Last recommendation would be to include a mirror outside the bathroom in Suite 100.
