良かった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス
We liked the proximity to activities in the piazza, which has stores, food, and drinks. But the downside is it is very noisy because people walk by late at night, you can hear the concerts going on at the piazza, and trash pickup / street cleaning start very early in the morning (5 am, sometimes even earlier) and made it hard to sleep. The apartment had plenty of space which is good. Unfortunately the AC that was advertised on the listing was not working and the property owners did not disclose this to is prior to our stay. They also did not offer us fans during the hottest time of year when one day it reached 100 degrees Fahrenheit and you didn't even want to be in the apartment because it was so hot. Barely any breeze on the first floor because buildings are in the way. This significantly impacted us being comfortable and able to enjoy our vacation for the first couple of days until we had to ask for fans and it took a day to get the fans. Because it was so hot we had to keep all the windows open and thus had to hear all the street noise so we had a hard time sleeping. There is only one key to get into the property and it was difficult for a family of five.
To end on a positive note the parking is good.
