"Two sets of un terminated live wires; i had to fix the AC myself as the batteries in the control unit looked like they had not been changed in months. the fly screen to stop the mosquitoes had come away from its housing ( i fixed this). The location of the hotel is on a flood plain/Delta so when it rains there is a lot of standing water; standing water equals mosquitoes. The beach was very pebbly and there was a smell in the water.
