Upstairs, you will find a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a TV, as well as a bathroom and separate WC for optimal comfort.
On the ground floor, one bedroom has two single bunk beds (90 cm each) along with a shower room with WC. The spacious living room, featuring a 160 cm sofa bed, opens onto a large sunny balcony, perfect for enjoying the view. The open kitchen is fully equipped: TV, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, combination oven, kettle, toaster, raclette grill, fondue set, waffle and sandwich maker, and Nespresso coffee machine.
This exceptional accommodation ensures comfort and peace of mind for all your mountain stays.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Bed and bath linen is available as an option (sheet and towel pack: €16 per person), please contact us.

The swimming pool will be closed from March 19, 2025, until the summer season of 2025 due to a defective part. It will reopen with the resort’s opening in summer 2025. Thank you for your understanding.

Vars – Hameau des Rennes Residence
Located on the heights of Vars, the Hameau des Rennes residence is made up of charming 3- to 4-storey chalets and features an indoor swimming pool in winter, and both indoor and outdoor pools in summer.
This hamlet is situated at the foot of the Fontbonne chairlift (ski-in/ski-out for experienced skiers), with direct access via a central lift. Underground parking is available at the bottom of the residence.
Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and ski rental services are just 200 m away. A free shuttle bus stops nearby every 15–20 minutes and serves the entire resort.
Please note: the residence’s swimming pool is open ONLY during the tourist seasons, generally from mid-December to early April in winter, and from early July to late August in summer. It remains closed during the off-seasons, outside these periods, which usually coincide with the opening dates of the ski lifts (dates may vary from year to year).
