Combining comfort and authenticity, it offers magnificent mountain views, a warm interior, and a reserved parking space. An ideal setting for a friendly ski holiday with family or friends. Surface area : about 70 m². Orientation : North, East, South, West. Level 0 : Bedroom with washing machine, double bed, fridge (top). Bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Shower room with WC. Ski room. Level 1 : Living room. Bedroom with double bed (140). Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80). Open-plan kitchen with special heater to prepare La Fondue, special heater to prepare La Raclette, kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, dishwasher, microwave, vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Shower room with hairdryer, WC. Level 2 : Mezzanine with step ladder (non adaptée aux jeunes nefants). The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
