"Staff was excellent. 2 bedroom Suite was super clean, kitchen was fully functional with all the necessary amenities. Weather did not cooperate, so we were not able to enjoy the many outdoor activities, but found local places to visit. Would definitely recommend this place and will return again. "

"We had the absolute BEST time in this home. We cannot say enough good things about this property but will point out a few things that made our stay memorable! The house was well stocked with EVERYTHING we needed - linens, towels, beach towels, pool toys, beach toys, kitchen equipment, wine bar and toiletries. The home was impeccably clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Check in/check out was easy and clear instructions were given to us. Our host was gracious and responded to all inquires within MINUTES. Our host gave us local recommendations for food and coffee - all of which were delicious. The pool was clean and well maintained and our 3 kids played in it nonstop. We rented the pool heater for a small fee and it was warm and comfortable to swim in at all hours! The beach was private, beautiful and only a 2-3 minute walk from the house! This home made vacationing with our 3 young children an absolute breeze and we plan to come back every year! "

"Wonderful house right in the beach. My favorite part was sitting in the hot tub watching the waves roll up on the shore. Everyone loved the game room. Communication with the owner was easy and he provided several recommendations for dining ( we enjoyed the flagler fish company ). "

"Loved all the amenities! Had a great time playing, foosball, pickle ball and ping pong. Spa and pool were definitely used, too. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. "

The third floor views of both the ocean and river were great. The house was laid out very nicely and was new and well-kept. The kitchen was well stocked. The elevator was both a necessity for one of us and a convienience for everyone else. It is a place we would be happy to rent again. "
