Due to an unknown malfunction in the AC plant, issues occurred that could happen in any hotel, and our entire team was dealing with them. I understand that it took a little extra time. I assure you that we are reviewing our procedures to handle such incidents more effectively in the future.Regarding your request for a refund for one night's stay, please note that we have refunded those who checked out due to AC issues.
