A house featuring rare architecture in Burgundy, with 140 m² of living space, historically complementary to the 1892 Villa. It originally served as an outbuilding to the Villa. Today, it stands as a separate property and shares the same 17,400 m² wooded grounds.
It owes its name to the Promenades near the property, lined with 600 linden trees and listed in the supplementary inventory of Historic Monuments (other sites in the village are also classified as Historic Monuments).

On the first floor: a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table seating 10 guests and an utility area including a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
A 32m² living room that spans the width of the house, featuring numerous French doors that open onto a beautiful, sheltered terrace with no overlooking buildings and views of the surrounding countryside and forest. A calm and serene atmosphere.
A wood-burning stove adds warmth and a unique ambiance to the space.
One bedroom with a private bathroom (walk-in shower) and private toilet.
Separate toilet with a sink.

Upstairs: 3 separate bedrooms accessed via a covered colonial-style walkway, including 2 bedrooms with a 160x200 (queen-size) bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and two adult-sized bunk beds (90x190).
Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Linens, bedding, and towels are included in the rate.
Travel crib, bedding, and towels, high chair, and baby bathtub available upon request.
Fully renovated and insulated, the Villa des Promenades is heated using modern and efficient electric convector heaters. Heating is included in the rate.
Firewood for the wood-burning stove is provided free of charge.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
A complimentary welcome basket featuring selected local products is provided.

Hot tub for 6 people, not overlooked by neighbors, and available as soon as the season permits.

The village of Vanvey, which features several sites designated as historic monuments, is located within the Champagne-Burgundy National Forest Park. The Crémant de Bourgogne wine route and its vineyards are also nearby.

A security deposit of €500 may be requested upon arrival at the villa. In this case, the refund will be processed within 8 days.
