This was a great visit. Arrived late staff was very courteous and upgraded me to a ground floor. King-size bedroom. It was immaculate and hot water! Boy, did I need hot water.

We never received check in instructions. Property owner wouldn’t message me back. Had to call VRBO two times, both phone calls lasting over an hour. They were unable to get in touch with property. I did receive a refund, and when the property finally got back to us they said the reservation was cancelled ...
