The hotel is conveniently located and clean. The staff were helpful and courteous. My only negative is that there are no plates, glasses, or utensils in the kitchen. It would be nice to be able to at least get a small package of these things from the front desk.

Great place for a cheap rate. I can't recommend it for guests or family due to the other guests. I think they housed homeless people there? My needs are minimal and I've travelled the world in hostels so it was no problem for me. My wife would have had a problem here. Just sayin...

This is a great place to stay and for a fair price. The staff has been great and attentive to anything that I’ve requested. I wish they had a breakfast and a few amenities for guests but all around a decent place to stay with the family.

The staff were very polite. The room was very clean and well set up. The kitchen with the full size fridge was nice but we did not use. Parking was ample. There was one car in the lot that did not move the entire weekend. It was full with junk and was dented front and back. It didn't look like it belonged there. The grounds were great for the dog during the day but we were kind of creeped out if we had to take her out after dark. There were some people hanging around that we did not feel comfortable with. Also the insulation between floors was not good. our upstairs neighbor was up all night on Friday night and I could hear my next door neighbor's cell phone ringing all night on Saturday. However the price was good and they were very accommodating to our dog.
