Extremely unclean
We arrived to the house to find it absolutely filthy and smelled almost unbearable. The host claimed it to be professionally cleaned. There was urine on the floor in front of the toilets. The kitchen was just gross to put it lightly. Definitely not cleaned. Carpets were all stained. Bullet holes in the window upstairs. The ad stated a hot tub which there is not. They have now removed that from the description. Worst experience Ive ever had with a rental.

Very secure, accommodating, clean stay
Amazing host. I was booking based on no reviews as it was a new listing and Gurpreet proved himself very trustworthy. Moreover, he was incredibly accommodating with some confusion regarding check-in, cleaning, and lost items with almost immediate response times. I couldn’t have held my birthday party anywhere else! ( :
