Cons: * Host asked us to stay off the lovely patio outside our unit that was on their property * In the host's defense, the patio is not included in the listing description. * In our defense, the listing does not mention the patio at all and the patio happens to be adjacent to our unit hence our misunderstanding that we may use it; perhaps a note in the listing that the patio is off limits might've made things more clear Pros: * Super clean place * Extremely well equipped with all amenities * Very convenient location * Very good communication from host

Well equipped, nice location
We had everything we needed at this VRBO. The hosts were lovely. You are within walking distance of the sky train. The neighbourbood is nice. The kitchen came with all kinds of condiments and other extras. Thank you!

Pros: clean, fully equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to parks, restaurants and shopping Cons: no tv in the bedroom, no ceiling fans/ac but had a portable fan that we used instead. The tv in the kitchen area is not ideal for viewing.

Cosy stay near Metrotown Vancouver
This place was perfect for a short stay with easy access to Metrotown Mall and Sky train station that gets you into central Vancouver in 15/20 minutes. It was very clean on arrival with clear and easy to follow instructions for check in - bed was comfortable and kitchen had all we needed for a few days stay. Great value!

First solo trip
My long distance bf and I stayed for a week as our first solo trip. The place is exactly like the online listing. Great communication and response time. Everything we needed was less than 20 minutes away. The host informed us about any issues in the suite and was quickly resolved. We loved our stay. Would 100% recommend to others.

Cosy, comfortable and beautiful neighbourhood.
We are in our 70's and we were down to the Coast for a funeral. Danielle took the time to chat and make us comfortable. The Twins are adorable, but we never heard them in the suite! We would recommend this property!

Clean!!! 10 mins from Metrotown skytrain station.
Communication was easy with hosts. Property was super clean and even had laundry! 10 min walk to skytrain at metrotown and Metropolis as well as the Crystal Mall (which you have to see).

Cozy simple studio
We had a pleasant stay in this guest suite. As described, it is very compact but is well equipped. We were a little surprised there was not a T.V. however we were able to stream to our ipad using the wifi. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and centrally located.

Comfy and cozy suite in the heart of Burnaby
A lovely suite fully stocked for the long-stay traveller. Comfortable, cozy and the host was communicative. As the listing mentions, it is a 10-12 minute walk from Metrotown, otherwise rent a car!
