  • At Hostal "Casa Atahualpa," you can enjoy the terrace with a sweeping, beautiful view of the hills and the sea; you can even see the Andes mountain range and the coastline.
    Art is everywhere in the house, with original paintings by the hosts and various antiques.
    Just a few minutes’ walk away is the Reina Victoria funicular, which will take you straight up to the Alegre and Concepción hills—Valparaíso’s most popular tourist destinations.
    The Cumming Street neighborhood is the quintessential bohemian area, with restaurants and bars featuring live music almost every day of the week.
    The Valparaíso Cultural Park is also very close by; an interesting place featuring exhibition halls, workshops, a café, and a park with excellent views of the surrounding hills.
    Just a few steps from the house is Plaza Bismarck, where Alemania Street runs through, connecting the hills above; walking along it allows you to see the city and the sea from its six lookouts.
