"Really lovely hotel. Great location for exploring. About 10 minutes walk from the train station - up hill but there is also a lift; easy to find the hotel too. Super helpful multilingual staff. Very high quality breakfast and the bar is lovely for a late night drink."

"I had a decent view from the 4th floor, and the location is central. Room is fairly basic but comfortable. The air conditioning didn't seem to respond to my temperature settings. Some of the furniture, ceiling panels, etc., have paint chips, stains, and other signs of age. Since they don't even have an unloading zone where you can go in to arrange parking, I opted to just park in a completely different garage."

"I stayed alone so I booked the smallest room and it was still a decent size with 2 beds, a nice TV, a balcony you can walk out onto, good WIFI (I was able to watch live stream videos), and a good washroom that gives you hot water immediately. I also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of water that comes in the room. The buffet style breakfast was great! They have everything you can think of for a breakfast and it totally satisfies your needs. They were accommodating with my bicycle too. They have storage rooms to put it in or you can bring it to your room which is what I did. I'm booking this hotel again if I'm ever back in Andorra! Thanks for the pleasant experience 🙂"

"Un hotel ok para un par de noches en Andorra. El desayuno NO destaca. Algún personal muy amable, otros bastante pesados. Parking estrecho, pero a buen pr3cio (17€). Parece un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas. Jamás de 4."

"Hôtel très propre et très bien situé Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner et sur le parking qui n’appartient pas à l’hôtel, un tarif est réservé pour un parking extérieur et nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés pour sortir car il ne reconnaissait pas la carte donné par l’hôtel"

"Staff is really helpful for any needs and request Situation is great near the river, calm area, easy access to mountain. Building is a bit old and would be amazing (and deserved 4 stars) with some renovation (room acoustics, breakfast room)"
