Welcome to Villa Margarita, a true California destination. Our comfortable 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house has everything you need to relax and enjoy nature. A short drive to Harrahs's, Pauma Valley, or San Diego Safari Park make this a great home base for your next vacation.

Comfortably sleep 10 adults. 4 beds, 2 full baths, with two king beds, two queen beds, and one queen pull out couch bed. There is a fully equipped office space with two monitors, a desk and comfortable gaming chair. Wifi provided.

75” tv in the living room where you can stream all your favorite shows, or play video games on the PS4. Natural sunlight makes this a cheery place. Our dining room seats 6 and is a great space to enjoy a meal or play board games.

Spacious fully stocked kitchen, all the utensils, pots, pans and serving dishes you could need. BBQ trays and utensils provided. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, and coffee grinder provided.

Private pool and hot tub with plenty of patio seating. An excellent place to relax and unwind amongst the trees.

Brand new washing machine and dryer available in the garage.

Host your next celebration here! Family reunions, graduation celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, any gathering up to 20 guests are welcome.

Christmas at the Villa
My husband and I flew to California from Wisconsin to spend Christmas with our sons, two of whom live in Southern California. This was the perfect place to stay. The house and grounds were lovely and spacious. The hosts thought of everything, even a bottle of champagne chilling for us! They were also able to accommodate pets. I’m sure my son’s golden retriever enjoyed his stay as well. I would highly recommend this property.

Great for Family Gathering!
Our family met and enjoyed a great stay. All adults but would have been excellent for children with all of the "toys"! Had almost everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner - just missing wine glasses! Home was clean and comfortable. Outside area and landscaping was in need of maintenance and a random truck was parked in front yard which was a bit odd. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Overall was great stay and would highly recommend!

Heaven on the hill
Looking to surprise Dad for his 80th Birthday, this villa created a space for laughter, joy, food and regeneration. Plenty of space for 8 mature adults to gather together, or find their own personal meditate space. No need to BYO... Everything we needed was provided. Heaven on earth. The only way I could describe it.

Wonderful Mountain Hideaway
The property by location is peaceful, cozy, and very relaxing, The property host is awesome by the "overkill" of thoughtfulness, organization, details, and high quality comforts. The Host truly puts their all into assuring a wonderful private personal home experience. Communication was perfect when needed.
