「Overall excellent, no major complaints. Lots of space for 4 people with big living area, multiple bathrooms, and kitchen. Very secure feeling in the building, lots of natural light available. Right on a busy plaza which was a little loud at night, but had to deal with it with earplugs since closing the window made it a little too warm.」

「My husband and I wanted to visit Rioja wine country, this was our first visit. This apartment is located next to a really nice grocery store and is walkable to the wineries and the restaurants. The place was very well stocked with coffee and tea and other basic kitchen supplies. The owner was very helpful in providing any answers to local questions about where to eat and what to do. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The views of the mountains was very pretty! We loved staying here....

「We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights in early September. The check in process was seamless. Victor, the property manager, was very pleasant to with with. He gave us great recommendations for touring bodegas and for dinner restaurants. The apartment was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. 「16時頃到着すると、フロントはお昼休み中で閉まっていたが、名前と鍵が用意されていた。スペイン語が分からない人は戸惑うかもしれないが、私達は問題なく部屋へ入れた。 私達の部屋はZorraquínの村が一望出来る眺めの良い部屋で大満足。朝は山の斜面で草を食む牛のカウベルと目の前を流れる小川のせせらぎで目が覚める、とても長閑な場所だ。 部屋は58m2と4人家族には充分な広さで、キッチンには食洗機まで付いていて、用意されてあったキット(食器洗剤、台布巾、スポンジ、食洗機洗剤等)もとても助かった。シャワーのお湯の出も良く清潔だった。 スタッフは皆とても感じが良かった。 使えるプールはマップ上で見える一番近くのプールは使えなく、3km離れたところにあったらしいが、私達は観光に忙しく結局行けなかった。 車ですぐのEzcarayにはスーパー、バルやレストランも沢山あり便利だった。 フロントにはリオハ地方の詳しい観光案内が沢山置いてあり、参考になった。」
