Not a good night sleep
The staff is friendly and the room was ok but looked worn out a bit. but there was a very bad smell in the room coming from the shower. I woke up at night and couldn’t breath normally because of toxic fumes coming from the shower. The night rest was ruined.

Estuvimos una noche de improvisto con mi marido y mi hijo y nos encantó. Un hotel pequeño, limpio y con toda classe de detalles. Las habitaciones tienen una muy bonita decoración que lo hacen muy acogedor. Una situación fantástica, a tan solo 10 minutos del mercado y a poco más de todo el centro histórico. Una experiencia que seguro que repetiremos.

Lovely staff and service. Cozy, beautifully decorated rooms. Our Room a bit smelly due to the water pipes, airing out helped though. All in all in can absolutely recommend this hotel. ***** stars

Excellent property for the price. We included breakfast which had a very good selection. Easy to walk in to Valencia old town. The only down side is that it says there is a bar but it isn't open in the evening although a lovely local bar is just across the square

Very nice small hotel in Valencia
Very nice hotel. The receptionist Natalia was very helpful, spoke good English and provided us with all the recommendations we were looking for. The hotel location is perfect, close to many restaurants and historic center. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and were pleased with the private parking in a very short walking distance from the hotel. Comfortable, king size bed, clean room, great shower...everything you need to feel like home.

Good location overall bad experience :(
Hotel is in an excellent location being a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Room itself was stylish and suitable for a family. Just some details looking a little tired arround the edges with i wouls expect the decoration being a couple of years old. Definitely nothing significant and nick pickers could raise item. However, I left feeling disappointed as my son was hit on the head by a peice of trim that feel off the wall while he was in bed. This was the night of departure. He was not injured badly more shaken but this left me with a poor impression of the room and hotel.

Bodde i två olika rum. Det ena fantastiskt förutom vad som kändes som en gammal säng. Det andra rummet (som var dyrare för att det hade jacuzzi) utan ordentligt fönster vilket gjorde det både mörkt och ocharmigt. Skulle aldrig boka hotellet igen om jag inte visste vilket rum jag skulle få.

It is in a more residential and quieter neighborhood, but close to the Metro and only 1 metro stop from the large downtown plaza.

Fijn en schoon hotel met mooie kamers. De dubbele stortdouche was fantastisch. Echter, zoals in elke hotelkamer waar ik ooit verbleef, de badkamer is zeiknat na het douchen. De glazen wc deur is wel echt een nadeel. Ook als je met je partner reist is het fijn om wat privacy te hebben. Matrassen waren inmiddels wat doorgezakt, maar dat is de volgende dag redelijk goed opgelost met een dikkere topmatras. De ligging was voor ons prima. Iets verder uit het centrum (en daardoor rustiger), maar alsnog op loopafstand en goede metroverbinding op 500 meter. Ontbijt is basic, maar goed en compleet en niet duur. Vriendelijk personeel ook! Al met al voor herhaling vatbaar.

Buena relacion precio calidad
Buena atencion del personal, simpatico y amable. El desayuno esta excelente por el precio, solo falta la opcion de leche vegetal o sin lactosa para intolerantes (al menos no la vi). La habitación cómoda y super limpia, solo que se escucha mucho el ruido del baño de las habitaciones linderas. Buena ubicacion y bien comunicado al centro de la ciudad y al parque, solo un poco alejado de la playa. Pero en general muy bien y recomendable

El día que había reservado tuve un accidente de coche. Llamé a Expedia para cambiar la cita a otro día, y me buscaron una fecha en la que la habitación estaba disponible. Solo faltaba el "ok" del hotel. Desgraciadamente, no entraba en su "estricta política de cancelación", por lo que optaron por perder la habitación ese día (y muy probablemente en la nueva fecha que yo quería reservar). Yo no buscaba una devolución del dinero, solo un cambio de fecha. Desgraciadamente no dieron su brazo a torcer. Para próximas visitas a Valencia, buscaré otras opciones. Lo tengo claro
