We think most offthe staff could be more friendly. Its a modern hotel but misses a few details, for example thinks to draw your clothes.

The hotel was in an excellent location to visit the science museum, oceanografic and hemisferic whilst a quick taxi ride to the old town

This property is wonderful, so clean and modern. Excellent restaurants and shopping close by. If you a tourist like us the Hop on Hop of Bus stop is just across the street. Fantastic location!!! So close to the Park, Aquirum, Science Centre and the IMAX theater plus much more. Stop looking and just book it. I would go back in a heart beat!!

A decent hotel with nice staff. No English tv channels which was annoying. The lifts were a nightmare, on multiple occasions we had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs. Good location. overall, a few small issues, but nothing major.

Great location for some main attractions. The centre was walkable via the park and so was the port. The hotel was clean and modern. The spa was about 18 euro. It was good but although it closes at 8pm, you have to leave by 7.30pm.

Hotel ist sauber, Personal freundlich. Gute Busanbindung. Wir hatten kein Frühstück, deshalb können wir das nicht bewerten. Hotel hat ein angeschlossenes Café, welches guten Kaffee und Frühstücksgebäck hat

The location is great because there are many restaurants around and bus lines going to the historical centre. The center of arts and sciences is walkable distance. The bathroom is great too. On the other hand, the breakfast is terrible. You'll be better off going to local pastelerias nearby. Such a shame because it feels like a rip off at 12€. The window was old and wasn't closing tight so we got a lot of noise from trafic.

Prima hotel, netjes. Kamers zijn ruim en modern (helaas badkamer niet helemaal schoon bij aankomst). Jammer dat we moesten wachten voordat kamers klaar waren. Deels begrijpelijk omdat je pas vanaf 16.00 erin mag. Maar toen was er pas 1 kamer klaar. Heerlijke grote douche, wc is afgescheiden met glazen deur. Ligging ook prima, 2 winkelcentra aan de overkant. Ontbijt heel uitgebreid en wordt continu aangevuld. Al met al prima hotel. Zou zeker nog een keer teruggaan.

Net ietsje te ver lopen naar het centrum van de stad. Strand is iets dichterbij maar ook een flinke wandeling. Fiets huren raadzaam om overal te kunnen komen. In de badkamer geen ophang mogelijkheden. Verder alles netjes en schoon

Great hotel right in the middle of the city. Room was a good size, all facilities were great and the breakfast was a real bonus. Great value for money to boot. Thoroughly recommend, will hopefully be back again soon.

Location was perfect for the city, beach and metro straight to the airport, very clean, modern and friendly staff, Spa was excellent and perfect after a long day exploring, outdoor pool area was stunning ,just wish we had more time there to enjoy the facilities, two suggestions would be ,the gym to be open later, 8pm was quite early, and tea coffee facilities in the room would make it perfect,
