"Can't wait to return to this hotel. The reviews were correct! The hotel is spotless and smells so good! Reception staff are fantastic. Very busy at times but still very helpful and friendly, especially the lovely lady (I'm sorry I've forgotten your name).
Location is great, short walk to the beach, pool areas very clean and relaxing. Shirt tram ride into Alicante.
Went to celebrate my birthday but will definitely be returning and we never go anywhere twice.
One downside which I feel really let's this lovely hotel down were the bar staff, especially the tall man. We were confused if we order food at the bar or side down. Stood by the bar a few times and they try to avoid you as much as possible. Managed to finally order a coffee. Enquired about food from the food truck and we were told to sit and be served (that is how you order the food).
Went back when we were hungry, sat and waited for a long time. Could see 3 bar staff chatting, not busy. Tried to get their attention but they chose to keep ignoring us so in the end we left and went out for food. Luckily there are plenty of restaurants near by.
Next day tried to order some snacks at the bar to take to our room and struggled to get someone to serve us. Shame as it let's the place down but I would still return. I would just avoid the bar."
