Chambre trop petite, télé trop petite et pas vraiment moderne. La chambre est très propre et les lieux aussi, mais cest un très vieil hotel. Le personnel est très chaleureux, mais le quartier est vieux et mal fréquanté. Pas vraiment de restaurant à proximité mis a part celui de l'hôtel qui offre un bon déjeuner.avec un excellent service.

Bonjour, merci beaucoup d'avoir pris le temps de me partager vos commentaires lors de notre entretien téléphonique. Vous m'avez fait part que votre accueil et en particulier Simon vous a offert une excellent service, le petit-déjeuner fut excellent, le service de la réception lors de votre départ fut parfait. Le seul bémol était que le matelas était mou. Le processus d'achat et de changement des matelas ce fait régulièrement. Nous en prenons bonne note. Vos commentaires sont important pour nous afin de constamment améliorer nos services et répondre à vos attentes.merci beaucoup. Suzanne Leduc Directrice générale

dirty and smelly
Carpet was sticky and gross when I complained they wanted me to pay a 75.00$ cleaning fee for a room I just entered. I will never return or recommend.

Not a bad hotel. It’s definitely older and could use some TLC. Staff was very friendly and free parking and breakfast was a plus. When showering, it was difficult to get hot water. It was lukewarm at best.

Good ans pleasent stay. Nice comfortable bed. Friedly staff. But breakfasts are not that great. Eggs are sort of a pre scrambled mixture in a pan with liquid seperating at the botom.

Porte chambre qui barre pas vers l'extérieur , vers le balcon commun Propreté médiocre de la chambre, dont miettes de chips au sol... Homme qui dors accoté sur la porte de le l'étage, utilitaires (savon,etc) absents Réception qui ne documente pas notre plainte et nous ignore par la suite. Séjour écourté après la 1ère nuit pour cause de manque de sécurité. Ai séjournée à un autre endroit pour le reste de la semaine.
