Gîte on the ground floor of the owners' house. Independent entrance. Living room-kitchen-lounge area (1 bench seat that can be converted into a single bed). Bathroom (walk-in shower). Separate toilet with washbasin. 1 bedroom (2 single beds 80x200cm that can be combined into 1 double bed 160x200cm). Duvet, sheets included and beds made on arrival. Wifi internet connection. Parking in front of the cottage. SPA + Sauna access in the basement of the house (1st hour of use included in the rental, additional cost beyond / consult the owners). Skiing at 800 meters. Contemporary house harmoniously combining stone and wood located in a quiet residential area overlooking the village. Easy access to the Val-Cenis Le Haut cable car. Functional layout for 3 people in a cocoon atmosphere in the mountains. Proximity to shops and services.
