"I booked my stay at serene resort online, approximately 4-5 days in advance, using an online travel company. "Hice mi reserva por expedía y no encontraban mi booking cuando llegué al retiro. Me hicieron esperar 2 horas antes de darme una habitación inferior a la que yo ya había pagado por anticipado por este medio. La habitación estaba sucia y al siguiente día pedi ver las habitaciones superiores y elegí hacer un upgrade. La nueva habitación estaba sucia y era más cara."

"Very very nice view from the room and overall very peacefull location."

"Awesome place and staffs. "

"Views were amazing, wonderful patio to sit and enjoy the sun, staff were very attentive, room was spacious and clean, hot shower, comfortable bed and heat in the room. Nice restaurant and tasty food."

"We ended up having to extend our stay due to illness and the staff (particularly the two ladies at the front desk) were super helpful and flexible. The food was very good, including room service which we used a lot as we recovered. The location is very nice as are the views. The staff were also great with housekeeping items such as tissues and water. Our only minor issue was with the state of the shower / tub as it is due for a refresh. But, overall, very minor. Highly recommend this hotel.."

"The staff were amazing; they all went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Right till we had to leave for the airport. Because we had a late flight, they shuffled room assignments to allow use to have a late checkout, so as to not have to spend long hours at the airport."

"Very very nice resort with quite environment "

"The location and view is excellent, really recommend making use of the early morning and sunset rooftop opportunities. Some of the amenities were add-ons and quite expensive like the sauna and bbq."

"Staff are helpful and cheerful. The room is clean."
