"Excellent apartment - very clean with a great view. Initially, there were problems checking in due to calendar synchronization issues between the host and Vrbo (Expedia). Due to the diligent and sustained efforts of one of Vrbo’s customer service professionals, it was sorted out. I would hesitate to use vacation rentals without triple checking with the host from now on. Hotels are much easier, IMHO."

Sumesh from the front desk was super helpful during the check in process as I had to check in early and leave early. The rice boat restaurant was awesome and the staff Ahilan made great order recommendations. Truly a memorable experience and I plan to come back."

They went out of their way to make it special with cake, decorations, and EXCEPTIONAL service. We experienced the magic of the TAJ experience, and the staff members definitely lived up to this ideal. "Nice experience- right from the check in stage, the team provided a nice room. The Chef Selva and other chef and coffee counter person were super helpful in customising available options for my taste. The waiting staff and restaurant managers were great too. Abod in the bar on the rooftop was very courteous. Housekeeping paid attention to details and tech support arranged a long length HDMI cable to connect my laptop to the TV. Nice experience overall though expensive. Restaurants taking their last order by 1045pm was a bit odd. No 24 hour coffee shop or tea lounge."
