Property enclosed by stone walls, in a very pretty environment, at the entrance of Uzès, in one of the most popular areas, planted with olive trees, pines, oaks, flowers, very quiet except for the song of the cicadas during the day and the birds in the evening. Very pleasant evenings in silence. Large swimming pool of 13mX5m, very nice circular view when swimming, comfortable garden furniture (8 pool beds, tables and armchairs to move according to your taste. All rooms have shaded terraces.
- Large farmhouse of 150 m2 air-conditioned with 3 bedrooms and bathroom each-3 toilets. Upright piano available in the cathedral living room of 60 m2. Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area of the terrace with arbour and trees to protect you from the sun.
- Small farmhouse of 40 m2 (Mazet) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom-WC separated from the farmhouse by the swimming pool and a large shaded terrace.

Property located 500m from the road, 3 minutes from an organic shop, an excellent delicatessen with very good products, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, meat, a Picard and a large Carrefour.
Local market on Wednesdays (fruits, vegetables ....), large market on Saturdays, free parking for 1h30. Relaxed and warm atmosphere.
Towels, sheets, dish towels are provided except pool towels.
Activity: canoeing and kayaking on the Gardon, hiking in the guarrigue (40 minutes walk to Uzès), bike rental with a long cycle path in nature to Beaucaire, horse riding, tennis and golf.
The Place aux Herbes d'Uzès, with its narrow streets and private mansions. The Pont du Gard, Arles, the Camargue and the Alpilles, the seaside, the port of Grau du Roi and its famous Espinette beach, Avignon and its Palais des Papes and Nimes with "Les Jardins de la fontaine", the Maison carrée, arenas and the new Museum of Romanity) and many small picturesque villages around Uzès. "Le petit train des Cévennes" by steam locomotive through the wild Cévennes with a stop at the Bambouseraie d'Anduze.
