This stone family house of 115 m2 is located in Uzès. Very bright and spacious, it was built in the late 70's by my father and grandfather. She has recently been refreshed and the pool is finally ready! (Pool unheated and with an alarm for security system). We worked hard so that our guests could have all the necessary ingredients for a pleasant stay!
Welcome to all !
This house with the characteristics still marked of the 70s, also reminiscent of the style of Spanish houses. A lot of charm, a lot of light, with an atmosphere both rustic and modern. But who, however, belongs to an old family of craftsmen. It is therefore located in a semi-artisanal area, far from being unpleasant but with typical landscapes of this environment!
Very well located, the house is less than 5 minutes walk from the bowling alley (open every day from 14h) and the National Stud (equestrian shows throughout the summer period).
At about 3 minutes by car, you will have access to Intermarché, petrol station, tobacco / press, brewery, organic grocery and pharmacy.
The city center is less than 5 minutes by car and is also accessible by bike path or on foot (about 1.5 km).
For lovers of craft beer, the Meduz brewery is right in front of the entrance to the path.
The famous restaurant La Table de Julien is 5 minutes from the house, as well as other very good tables in the center or in the surroundings. The 1900 Museum is also right next door!
