Located in Utecht, Gästehof Apolony offers 580 m² of space for up to 35 guests. The property features 9 apartments, each with a private bathroom, and two fully equipped shared kitchens. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls. Amenities include TV, washing machine, dryer, and heating (wall heating upstairs, radiators downstairs). Families will find 2 baby cots, 3 high chairs, shared toys, and books. A Bullerjahn stove in the large barn area and a private sauna for 3–4 people on the ground floor add to your comfort.



Outdoors, you’ll find a private garden, a balcony, and 3 open terraces. A barbecue is available for outdoor dining. One e-bike and one bicycle are provided for exploring the area.



On-site, there are 12 shared parking spaces and a bike storage room. Up to 2 pets are allowed on request and only on the ground floor. Events, bachelor parties, and weddings are not permitted.



The house is quietly located in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve. The swimming beach at Lake Ratzeburg is just 500 m away. The A20 motorway is a 10-minute drive, Lübeck and Hamburg can be reached in 30 to 50 minutes, and the Baltic Sea is about 45 minutes away. Please note that mobile reception on the ground floor may be limited.
