I LOVE this hotel! I had special time in KAYAKAPI , and I’d love to stay again here again...longer. I made a reservation through Expedia in last minutes, so I didn’t know lot about KAYAKAPI, but it’s just amazing. It’s close to top of the hill with caves, we love walking around. (They offer free shuttle ride to the town, but we never used.). The cave room decorated beautifully, we truly relaxed. Wonderful service quality, and We felt this hotel’s guest could receive priority service outside of the hotel as well somehow. The room service is super quickly done when we were jut out for breakfast. Really impressive. I was spoiled by this hotel ;) We felt Sauna temperatures was low (50 degree)? But overall we had unforgettable time, and love to go back. Thank you for your hospitality.

12月の寒い時期で宿泊客は少なかったが、レストランでのもてなし、ホテル内の移動など細かいサービスまで行き届いていたとおもう。 チェックアウトの際には宿泊した部屋番号のかかれたタイル製のコースターのお土産もいただいた。

ハネムーンなどのスペシャルステイにぴったりの最高ホテルです。
ハネムーンで2泊滞在しました。 とにかく素晴らしいの一言で、すべてが想像を上回る素敵なホテルでした。 お部屋はキレイだし、アメニティも豊富で、細かいですが、ドライヤーの風量も抜群でした。 スタッフの対応も本当に気さくで心地よく、 気球がキャンセルになって慌てている私たちの代わりに 現地の気球会社に何社も電話をかけてくれ、手配してくれました。 ホテルの場所はカッパドキアの中心地のギョレメから少し離れていましたが、 それでもタクシーで10分ほどで、 むしろギョレメの街並みを見下ろせる高台に位置していたので、 素晴らしい夜景や景色を楽しめました。 タクシーもお願いしたらすぐ手配してくれるため非常に便利でした。 プライベートツアーもホテル経由で予約しましたが、 すごく上品できれいな車と、素敵なガイドさんとドライバーさんがついてくれ、 これぞハネムーンという贅沢さを楽しめました。 ホテルのスタッフはみなさん英語が上手で、かつ日本人にも聞き取りやすく、 本当に本当におすすめしたいホテルです。 今回このホテルに宿泊できて本当に幸せでした。

大きなお部屋のゴージャス感を味わえる高台のホテル
カッパドキアで一番ゴージャスなホテルと思い予約しました。 期待通りの素晴らしいホテルで、我々は一泊だけでしたがもっと滞在したかったです。 高台にあるのでフロントに行くにはゴルフカートを呼ばなくてはなりませんが、そんなことは気にならない位快適な空間でした。　ファミリーもよいですが、ご夫婦カップルにお勧めです!!

カッパドキアの観光だけでなく、ホテルのプールサイドでゆっくりする時間も欲しかったので8月31日から2泊しました。 山の高い位置にあり、眺望が素晴らしいです。 夜空の星も是非楽しんで下さい。 数十年前まで本当に人が住んでいた洞窟家屋を豪華な客室に改装したこのホテルは、その一つ一つの家の特徴を活かして全て違う作り。住んでいた人の名前がそのまま部屋の名前になっています。最高のステイでした。

最高の眺め
カッパドキアに泊まるなら是非。 高台にあるので眺めは最高です。プールもキレイでサウナやハマムも無料。スタッフも丁寧です。周りに何も無いので食事はホテルのレストランですが、あまりチョイスが無いので残念。Wi-Fi環境は良くなく、滞在中インターネットに繋いだ所、スパム広告が全てに入って来て、携帯が繋げ無くなってしまいました。ホテルとしてのクオリティはとても高いと思うので、何も気にせず過ごすには最高だと思います。

満足できる広さと、洞窟を活かした個性的な空間演出に堪能しました。床暖房になっており、気温が低い時期でも快適に過ごせます。レセプションまでの上り坂が少しきついですが、これも洞窟ホテルならではです。受付の方の対応もよく、親切にしていただきました。残念なのが朝食です。種類が少なく、味も単調でした。

ユルギュップが一望できるホテル
まだできて間もないホテルですが、スタッフの対応は高級ホテルに引けを取らないホスピタリティーです。 ホテルからはユルギュップの町を一望でき、ホテル内にはトルコ式ハマム、フィットネスクラブ、サウナといった施設を無料できます。 市内までのアクセスですが、距離としては遠くないのですが、坂が多く、徒歩で行くのは少し厳しかったです。ただ市内までは無料の送迎があったので、そちらを利用しました。(ただし帰りは自己負担です。) ホテルから申し込みができるツアーでは、本来なら有料の日本語ガイドを無料で手配してくれました。 さらに申し込んだツアーも申し込みをしたのが私たちだけだったようで、私たちの希望に沿って柔軟に対応してくれ、満足度の高いものでした。

朝の便で空港に到着し、送迎をお願いしました。Kyappadocia空港から１時間程度で到着したため、まだ予定の部屋が空いていないからアップグレードしてくれると。。。最高の提案。 １ランクアップした部屋でゆっくりできました。 幼児連れであったために、普通の現地ツアーには参加せず、タクシーを頼んでもらい行きたい所にだけ連れて行ってもらう手はずにしてもらうのも速やかにやっていただき、気持ちよく過ごせました。

湿度とカビ臭さ
カッパドキアでの宿泊先を探すにあたって、洞窟ホテルにするか、カイセリ空港近辺のアメリカンタイプのホテルにするか、悩んでたところ、お得な宿泊料金が出ていたこちらを予約しました。　高評価であったこと、2013年に出来たばかりのの新しいホテルであることから、大分期待してたのですが...　やはり、一番格安の部屋だったからでしょうか。とても湿度が高く、カビ臭い。クローゼットにかかったバスローブは、湿気を吸ってじっとり。寝具もじめ〜っとしてました。朝食はプールサイドにあるレストランで食べます。扉全開で開放的なのはまぁいいのですが、食べ物にハエが集り、食欲減退。残念な滞在でした。ただ、フロントの対応は悪くないです。カタコトの英語を話すこちらにも、良く声をかけてくれました。こじんまりとして静かな環境は良いので、宿泊をお考えの方には、ぜひ「良い部屋」をおすすめします。

周辺の住宅やホテルとは隔離されたリゾートホテルという感じ。部屋は広く洞窟ホテルを満喫できる。部屋タイプはそれぞれ異なるみたいだが、今回泊まった部屋にはハマムがついていた。フロント対応も親切で感じが良かった。

忘れられないホテルの一つとなった。
2014年5月に夫婦で２泊しました。 シーズンオフだったと思われることもあり、当初の部屋よりもアップグレードしてもらえました。客室は暖炉付きのリビング、大寝室、小寝室、バスルームの３室もあり、洞窟をそのまま利用した雰囲気もとてもよかったです。 客室の設備は高級であり、言うことありません。 部屋からの景色も良く、また、客室前には広いバルコニーとテーブルもありました。少々寒かったのであまり使用しませんでしたが、春から夏にかけてはとても使えそうです。 しかし、ユルギュップの市街からはかなり離れています。行きはホテルスタッフが市街まで送ってくれますが、夜間は歩いて戻ることはお薦めしません。 接客に関しては、全てのスタッフがとてもフレンドりーだったのが印象的でした。特に、最初に丁寧に部屋を説明してもらえたのと、こちらのミスで誤って部屋備え付けのコーヒーカップを割ってしまった時も嫌な顔もせずすぐに代わりを持ってきてもらえたのが印象的です。 唯一の難点は夕食時のレストラン。もう少々メニューとサービススタッフの質の向上があれば、更にこのホテルの評判は上がること間違いないでしょう。 数多く旅行している我々夫婦でも、忘れられないホテルの一つとなりました。機会があれば再訪したいです。

高台に立つ洞窟ホテル
サービス、施設ともに素晴らしいホテルでした。カッパドキアの開発にあたって、自分たちの想いを綴られたお手紙にも大変感動しました全体的に日本人向けのホテルサービスだと思いました。飛行機の時間の関係で少し早目のチェックインとなったのですが、すぐにお部屋を用意してくれました。カッパドキアの観光を相談すると、ドライバー、英語のガイド付きで600ユーロ(４人)と言われたのですが、ランチ込で交渉して１人100ユーロになりました。黒のワンボックスのベンツ、ランチもそこそこの高級店でコース料理をいただきました。 主要なスポットに連れて行ってくださるので、効率はいいと思います。そんなにお金を使いたくない方は、街まで送ってもらい、バイクなどを借りて回られるのがいいと思います。レンタバイク・サイクルはこちらのホテルでは扱っていません。 ホテルのフロントから、各部屋までは外の通路を歩かなければいけないのですが、カッパドキアの広大な自然を見下ろす感じで大変気持ち良かったです。天候にもよるとは思いますが…。 翌日の天候が荒れ模様の予報だったため、子供もいたため早朝の気球は断念しましたが、5時ごろ外に出ると、綺麗な朝焼けで大変感動しました。 ホテルは街の中心部からは離れているので、夕食など、ホテルで摂らない場合はホテルから無料で街まで送ってくれます。ただし、帰りは、タクシーを捕まえて自力で帰るのですが、それほど料金もかかりません。 部屋内は床暖も入っていて快適そのものです。アメニティーは綿棒までありました。 スタッフは皆さん親切で、大抵英語が通じます。金額は安いくらいではないかと思うくらいです。

Ay the beginning they didn’t give us an upgrade, after a day staying in that amazing hotel, they did give us an upgrade to a bigger, better suits. Staff were always available, very friendly. Amazing breakfast! Highly recommended!!! They made our stay fantastic!! I have only words of gratitude and will recommend the hotel to everyone!! Thank you for everything!!

This place is a once in a lifetime experience. What an amazing place start to finish. We were there in December so it was cool, which made the fireplaces nicer. The pool went unused but we loved our room and the restaurants. The tasting dinner was amazing with local food. The hotel room was so awesome and so comfortable. What a delight!
