We knocked on the desk as there was no service bell and hollered in case someone was in the back room, called the hotel twice and someone finally picked up after the 2nd attempt. "Getting access information was challenging. The apartment was very cold in the living room. The couch was very worn and not comfortable. The kitchen ceiling was brown from leak stains.
