Charming farmhouse in beautiful Allgau-

This was our third stay at Christine's farmhouse--we love it! The house is comfortable, clean and charming, and Christine is a thoughtful host. She has given us recommendations for walking trails, restaurants and antique shops in the area. There is also a nice binder of information and maps in the house. The house is in a quiet, rural neighborhood and is a great place to relax, recharge and enjoy the outdoors. Walking trails start just minutes from the house, as do mountain views. We have made easy excursions from the house up into the Alps, to Fussen and to Lake Constance. We highly recommend staying here. Fam. Ask

Authentic farm house within 1 hour drive to Alps, Munich, Neuschwanstein etc!

The house is fantastic. We rented the entire house for our 5-day stay to accommodate 9 people. The hosts are very accommodating, and are happy to help at any time. What made the stay feel like home is that many of the little things are taken care of (ie. spices, teas, coffee, paper toweling). And while it is generally expected that you replace what you use, at least you don't have to run out and buy everything on the day that your get there. The area is fantastic, the alps rise up approx. 40km (25 mi) south of the location. You can reach Austria or Neuschwanstein in less than 1 hour. The restaurants in the area are OK as well; we preferred the local Biergarten in town over the restaurant, and the folder with info is chuck full of restaurant recommendations. Do note that since this is a vacation rental, it is expected that you fully clean the kitchen and bathroom before you leave (all supplies are included)...I overlooked it with my rental but were able to clean up without much delay in our travel plans. If you like the outdoors, this place can't be beat.

Charming, Quiet German Farmhouse 2nd Story Apartment

We were warmly greeted by Uche(sp). She showed us our apartment which was large and well equipped. Food items to prepare were waiting for us in the kitchen: pasta, sauce, bread, juice, beer. The farmhouse garage area is like a museum with sleighs and old farm equipment. The bathroom was large. There was a washing machine, but we were asked not to use it. Not sure why. The gardens surrounding the farmhouse are lovely and very enjoyable to walk through. There is no air-conditioning, but even staying there in July were were comfortable thanks to the lower temps at night and the fans in our bedrooms. The king bed is in the living room separated by sheers and the other bedroom is past the kitchen and down a hallway. Note: When showering make sure both shower curtains are in the tub to prevent water on the floor. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Christine and Ushe(sp)!!!

Traumhafte Erholung in toller Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage

Wir hatten als Familie mit Hund eine tolle Zeit über Ostern 2025 im Bauernhaus "Hannabraut"! Das Bauernhaus liegt ruhig im idyllischen Alpenvorland mit Spaziermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus weg, gerade auch für den Hund sehr angenehm. Es gibt viele Urlaubsziele, die sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar sind.Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Es gibt unzählige Ausflugstipps in einem Ordner, liebevoll zusammengestellt. Der Kontakt mit Christine, unserer Vermieterin, war absolut vorbildlich, Sie hat uns mit vielen Tipps unterstützt, wenn wir Fragen hatten, uns aber auch die Ruhe gelassen, die wir zur Erholung gebraucht haben. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigt haben, war sie jedenfalls mit Rat und Tat immer zur Stelle.Uns hat der Aufenthalt super gut gefallen und wir werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen!

Endlich mal Allgaeu !!

Die Wohnung und das Haus sind genauso urig und gemuetlich eingerichtet wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage koennte nicht besser sein.... Spazier- und Wanderwege direkt vom Haus aus. Wunderschoene Natur, viele Tiere, sehr nette Leute (habe sogar einige Nachbarn kennengelernt). Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles was man sich nur wuenschen kann. Die Eigentuemer sind Sammler von original bayrisch, urigen Gegenstaenden - bin aus dem Staunen nicht mehr rausgekommen ! Grosser Supermarkt nur 3 km entfernt. Alle moeglichen sightseeing Objekte / Orte innerhalb 45 Minuten erreichbar. Ganz besonders moechte ich mich nochmals bei der Eigentuemerin bedanken: vom ersten Moment an so herzlich und einladend. Gastfreundschaft pur ! Und dann auch noch Hunde freundlich !! Sie hat uns die grosse Tour gegeben und war jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen lieben Dank fuer die schoene Zeit in Eurer Wohnung !!

FeWo mit Herzblut

Der Aufenthalt startete mit einem netten Empfangstrunk und einem entspannten Rundgang im museumsreifen Domizil. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche lagen für den Start in den Urlaub ein paar nett zusammengestellte Leckereien bereit. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation direkt sehr vertraulich, sodass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Es war unverkennbar, dass diese Ferienwohnung mit sehr viel Herzblut geführt und sich um die Feriengäste ebenso gekümmert wurde. Die Lage ist perfekt, um mit dem Auto viele Ausflugsziele schnell zu erreichen. Auch diesbezüglich wurden wir bestmöglich beraten. Unbedingt empfehlenswert !!!🌺

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Herzlicher Empfang

Wir wurden von Frau Stagl sehr herzlich mit leckeren Getränken im Garten empfangen. Auch für das erste Abendessen mit gemütlichem Ausklang hatte sie bereits vorgesorgt. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist über eine stabile Holztreppe zu erreichen.

Schöne, urige Wohnung, die super ausgestattet ist.

Die Wohnung und die Deele sind liebevoll mit vielen alten Dingen eingerichtet. Jeden Tag entdeckt man etwas Neues, was einem vorher nicht aufgefallen ist. Die Küche bzw Wohnung ist top ausgestattet mit Gewürzen, Ölen, Essig bis hin zu Kerzen, Nähzeug, Duschgel und anderen Sachen für den Alltag. Man muss nichts von zu Hause mitbringen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und freundlich und auch die Nachbarn stehen einem gerne zur Seite. Oberthingau ist ein sehr kleines und ruhiges Dorf, aber wir mochten es so. Geweckt wurde man nicht vom Wecker sondern dem Hahn. Um mit den Kindern Ausflüge zu machen, muss man meistens etwas fahren, aber das habe ich für die Ruhe in Kauf genommen. Es gibt sehr viel zu unternehmen und ein dicker, liebevoll zusammengestellter Ordner mit zahlreichen Ausflugstipps liegt in der Wohnung. Mit den Hunden ist man sofort im Grünen und kann toll spazieren gehen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, der uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird.

Herzliche Gastgeberin in urig bayrischer Fewo

Gastgeberin empfäng mit liebevollen u praktischen Details wie Obstschale, Käseplatte und Hundeleckerli. Vielen Dank dafür! Für den dortigen Geburtstag hat sie sogar Blumen besorgt. Lage ist super, um sofort loszuwandern oder Ziele in den Bergen schnell zu erreichen.

Gemütlich und geborgen in der Hannabraut

Ein sehr freundlicher und warmer Empfang durch Frau Stagl. Kurze aber ausführliche Einführung und Erklärungen zur Fewo. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich bei Sturm, Regen und Schnee😘 sehr behütet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Bauernhaus Hannabraut mit privatem Scheunenmuseum sehr genossen und sagen Danke für die schöne Zeit. Auch ein kleines Hundeparadies für Paula.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in gemütlichem Bauernhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt in dem geschmackvoll hergerichteten Bauernhaus. Die Wohnung ist mit vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet, so dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Über den großzügig bestückten Willkommensgruß haben wir uns sehr gefreut. So konnten wir uns direkt selbst versorgen und den Abend am Kamin genießen. Wir wurden super freundlich persönlich mit einem Willkommensdrink empfangen. Der Auftenhalt war von vorne bis hinten ein Volltreffer. Und das alles in wunderschöner Umgebung, die zum Wandern und Radfahren einlädt. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!

Ein Traumhaft gemütliches Bauernhaus weitweg von jeglichem Getümmel aber nahe an vielem Sehenswertem

Eine unheimlich liebevolle Begrüßung, die dem Urlaub jeglichen Stress entziehen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist so gut wie alles, was man brauchen könnte, vorhanden. Nur seine Kleidung muß man selber mitbringen. Das Haus ist originell geschmückt. Es wird niemals langweilig, da es immer etwas Neues zu entdecken gibt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Detailverliebt eingerichtetes altes Bauernhaus

Dieses alte, wunderschön restaurierte Bauernhaus ist eine Zeitreise in längst vergangene Zeiten! Es wurden unzählige frühere Haushaltsgegenstände und Möbel gesammelt und liebevoll dekoriert eingerichtet. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Es stand ein Verflegungskorb bereit und auch der Kühlschrank war schon mit einigen Zutaten und Getränken gefüllt. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub für uns! Danke Familie Stagl!
